The boots look great. I walk into stuff because I’m too busy staring at these boots on my feet, but the build and durability are really incredible. The leather is tough as nails and the Vibram sole is super thick and sturdy. There’s a beautifully quilted leather lining and really nice leather footbed. It’s like having a luxury interior inside a monster truck.The break-in period seemed like it would be tough but it’s been surprisingly forgiving. No blisters or soreness and I feel like the boots have now become one with my feet. The only adjustment I made was adding a thin running shoe insole because they were a little too roomy without it.The boots are simply awesome. That said, they are heavy and insulated, and won’t be seeing much if any time out during the warmer months. In that regard I feel like these boots will last the rest of my life.
