Great for a small on the go board
Nice and Small ergonomic case. I bought it for my 5 pedals in my bass rig. The construction on the outside looks very clean and appealing. My 40 pound daughter jumped up and down on it while I was not looking and it had no dents or scratches. I really love the handle, its sturdy like the handle on my bass case. The velcro it came with is lacking a bit but the soft velcro on the bottom is perfect. I love its small footprint and professional look. would definitely buy again, perhaps one of its bigger brothers. FYI interior dimensions is roughly 17" x 9" to those who plan ahead like I do.

Good price for what you get
It's not made for really rugged travel and piling other equipment on it because the case wood is not very thick. This is great for the occasional gig at a bar or something of that nature, but not for extreme touring. If you plan to bring a bunch of items and equipment with you I would keep this case separate from the other stuff and personally handle it yourself. The only issue i had was that when i got the case sent it had velcro to use for your pedals, but the velcro plastic film where the glue is at to attach to your pedals was just thrown in there and unusable and basically thrown in the case with no regards to care for usage. Other than that the case does what it needs to. I got this because i got tired of buying gig bags that just don last and zipper rips. Not sure why they don't make them with metal zippers. Nonetheless, this should be sufficient for me and lugging my pedals in this case. Just wish the company would send me the velcro for this unit.

Better than some more expensive models
I'll start by saying I own a few larger pedal boards from different companies. The velcro that covers the board in this case (soft side) is much better quality than on my $200 SKB case in that it does permanently pull loose. I got this case to replace my wife's Boss BCB-30 pedal board which limited her to three boss-sized pedals. This thing is roughly the same dimensions and has space for several more toys. I would consider this case to be an above average medium grade. While sturdy enough for almost any situation, It may not hold up to something like a large truck driving over it. However, for the price and quality, I haven't seen a better hard-shell pedal board.

Wicked Pro
Look - despite negative reviews - this board is legit - it looks wicked pro and keeps things in place - I've got the smallest one - I run a tuner, noise gate and a MXR micro amp and that's all - there is 1 Con - the side walls are a tiny bit high so if you're using 180° phono cables you'll sacrifice some pedal real estate - this issue is resolved with 90° input cables - I'm beyond satisfied with this product and recommend it to anyone who wants a professional looking pedalboard on the cheap

looks nice, but doesn't work so great
this case looks nice, but doesn't fit a ton in here and the box is really thin. i've got 3 small pedals and they don't fit as nicely as the photo demonstrates. i have a hard time shutting the box if i try to include 2 short cables. it feels like the box could fall apart any second - good thing the metal is holding it together. the velcro supplied w/ the case doesn't really keep the pedals in place very well. the adhesive fell of of one pedal and doesn't work very well w/ the others. it's nice to keep everything together, but you're getting what you pay for.

Great for local use, good for the price.
Let's be honest... this is a great case, for the price. Consider, the price is VERY cheap. It is very basic, and will need some fine tuning on your part to make it right. It comes with a velcro side, and a long strip of decent quality velrco tape for holding pedals, cables, etc. in place (3M tape, quality stuff). The other side is lightly bedded with impact-resist foam. For me (Fishman ToneDEQ DI, Boss RC-30 loop) the size is more than, fine, and could accomodarte more. Plan on needing to have your pedals velcro taped independently, and using a fill-in bracer if desired (I chose to use a couple of the airbags and packing roll form amazon pagkaces in it). It DOES lock, but obviously, for eye-view use (you can see someone unlocking it, but it can be broken open fairly easily, if not watching). It's decent sturdy, but not 'guaranteed' air-ready, just imo. 4 stars, though - a great product, for the price, and versatile, upon your adjustment.

Perfect small pedal case
This was exactly what I was looking for. Everything else I'd found was way too large and cumbersome for my needs or limited to only three pedals. I wanted a hard, briefcase-style pedal case about this size and this is so far the only one I've seen. It's not what I'd call heavy duty, so I wouldn't pile a bunch of stuff on it in the back of a van, but the quality is decent enough. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat if it were lost or broken.

Is only useful for two pedals.
In the picture the case holds four pedals, but what you can't see from the picture is that the bottom lid, on which the pedals set, has a half inch metal lip that runs all the way around it. If you were to use four pedals, when you plug in your input on one side and your output on the other side, the jacks would be awkwardly sitting on top of this metal lip, and your cord jacks would eventually snap from the pressure of your foot pressing them into the outlining metal lip of the case. This item is really only good for use with two pedals, and for that use, it is not worth the price.
