As a nurse, you need a badge reel that is durable and cute. Happy to say that this reel is very cute, but sadly it is not too durable. I have had mine for a few months and the plastic covering is already ripping. I have treated the badge reel nicely and not used any harsh products on it so I am sad that I can no longer use it.

I bought it for Halloween because I used to work in a pediatric office and everyone loved it.

I'm not sure about the bad reviews other than maybe getting a bad one now and again. I was skeptical to order one after reading the views but ultimately decided it would be worth trying as I loved the design.I work at the hospital and I use my badge everyday for multiple different scanners, including clocking in and out. This badge reel has been perfect so far. I love Mrs. Doubtfire! Robin Williams was one of the kinds of souls & actors we dont see much.It looks better than the picture but I will warn those with longer hair, it snags & pulls your hair. It seems to only be the outline of the picture, where the color/picture plastic meets the black lined plastic that catches your hair. And it will wrap around it. It's nothing dramatic but it's a bit frustrating.From my experience, you just have to clip it in a position where your hair doesn't dangle so much over it. For me, it's the V-neck line right between my breasts. My hair is little past shoulder length so clipping it on the upper neck line or by my collar bone, is a no go.Overall, I like it, good for the $ & won't be returning it.

Bought a Mrs doubt fire one that lasted less than a week in use and this one has me on week 2 so far and I love that the clip position moves as for placement! That was a surprise I didn't see before buying!
