Ruined. Not stored correctly by seller.
Tonor was not stored properly by the seller. Had issues with the cartridges causing streaks on paper. Paid a professional printer repair company to diagnose issue with our printer. Identified these toner cartridges as the source of the issue.

2015 and it was supposed to be good for 20
I purchased this item in March, 2015 and it was supposed to be good for 20,000 black pages, but today I received a message on my printer to the effect that the black toner needs to be replaced, and there is just no way at all I've printed out 20,000 pages in the past 3 months, so something is wrong here.

The product is fine - the price for Lexmark cartridges is insane...
Add the fact that the printer doesn't let you print in just BW mode means that I have to replace all cartridges to make it run and I now have $1500 paperweight. F.lexmark.
