DERALAN Chandelier Lighting

The price is right and the appearance very nice. But when I turn it on it flickers constantly except if I put it on HIGH. It is very bright, too bright for a dinner party. So the dimmer is essential. But one cannot stay in a room with this light constantly flickering. It was NOT easy to install. AND the instructions for installation are very poor. I wrote Deralan about the problem and they told me to "look at the installation guide"..... I had an electrician and two other people look at it and there is no help with this problem in the installation guide. My advice to other consumers - pay more and get something that you can live with and enjoy.

One segment of a ring did not light up. Another segment on another ring was off and then on later, so it sometimes works. The whole light is cheaply made, especially for something that costs over $200. It looks like they took led rope lights and encased them in plastic circles. Amazon returns is awesome as always.

The lamp looks beautiful and very easy to install. It’s really white and despite the buttons on the remote, the color temp CANNOT be adjusted. It also has a 3 second delay when you turn it on.

A week after installation the dimmer function failed. I contacted the distributor and they asked for my address and promised they would send a replacement. The return date has now passed and I have not received a replacement.

I’ve had several people wanting to purchase days after seeing mine hanging up in my place of business.They were perfect for what I needed! Instead of buying a photography ring light I purchased these instead to be stationary.

It came in with pretty good packaging. The LED rings are also wrapped! The biggest drawback is that the color can not be changed. It is fixed at white temperature by comparing with other brand I bought, 30 inches, with continuous color adjustment only $30 more. The remmte control has 3 buttons K-, K+ and √ are not supported?

It was a little expensive but I wanted something unique. It was easy to install, my only concern is how long it's going to last as I dont think you can replace the lights.

Love it, love it, love it. It makes my dining room look sleek, elegant, and contemporary. The ability to dim the LED lighting also creates an ambiance without candles.
