My daughter loved this backpack, but it didn't last very long. The zipper busted after only 2-3 months of use in this school year. The return window had closed, and I didn't have a way to contact the company to see if there is anything they would do.

The zipper on this backpack broke within 2 months of owning it. Disappointing. My daughter bought this with her own money.

This backpack is so adorable but the zipper is extremely “fragile”. My daughter has had this backpack for a week and the zipper is already splitting when zipped. It is really frustrating and very disappointing.

My daughter got it and it broke 2nd day of school and she threw it away i would not buy these are cheaply made and now i dont even get my momey back

Zipper broke the first time my daughter attempted to use it. We replaced it with a new backpack and again the same thing.
