I order 4 tapes after having seen the product was highly reviewed and had a decent rating. I was looking for RABU material tapes for my USAF uniforms. They are described as "uniform ready". But they will not ask you, you have to specify what you need, not just type words. My last name tapes came out fine. The other 2 tapes I purchased read "U.S. AIR FORCE". The first problem was the lettering stretched almost to the edges of the 6" material. Meaning that they were in fact NOT uniform ready. My ABU pockets where the tapes would be located above is shorter than the lettering which stretchs way too wide. I asked for a refund of the tapes and after a very confusing set of emails granting and then refusing to grant a refund, the USAF tapes were remade. After recieving the remade tapes the second problem now comes into play. The lettering width was reduced to fit above the ABU pocket BUT the lettering is now so skinny and does match the last name lettering, I can't ever wear it on the uniform so I WASTED $34! Do yourself a favor and find a local tailor to do it. I did and it cost $14 for 4 tapes that matched and fit perfectly. NOTE TO SELLER: add option to be uniform ready so that this doesn't happen to some other unsuspecting person and also please take a class in customer service. I should post the ridiculous emails your Rep sent, she needs lessons in communicating effectively and maybe review what you type.

I got a patch in an off color, that was MUCH longer than ordered. And if I were to cut it down, it's obvious and ugly. Plus it's frayed on the ends already....I can't even fold over the ends to hide it because of all the GLUE they used.Trying to sew it on would be HARD on my hands due to the GLUE they used to fold over the cloth and keep it.Not at all what I ordered, and customer service told me it was made to order so they couldn't help if I was unsatisfied.But it wasn't made to what I ordered.If I want a patch to fit in the very little space my service dog's summer harness offers, I'll have to order from someone else.I just wanted to warn ppl that she is mobility assist and will not move even if they try to hit her with a cart- she won't move if it'll knock me over.And I'd like to avoid any more issues where I have to swing and take a hit and then wish to throttle someone.(Like hell I'll let her get hit if I can help it, if I'm down- that's fine. But I'm screwed if she were to go down.)🤦

I was initially weary given some of the reviews but I took the risk with this company and I am pleasantly surprised! Amazon has some gems and this is one of them. I am a consumer who thoroughly researches all of my options prior to committing to a purchase. I rarely miss the mark with my choice and this is another one of those cases.A lot of the ‘negative’ reviews seem to stem from customer errors. Your own errors shouldn’t warrant a bad review. That’s something I’ve learned as an amazon customer.I purchased this custom name ‘tag’ (not sure what to call it exactly) and specified the exact colors I wanted along with the Velcro backing. Legally, the company isn’t allowed to say “Velcro” so they use ‘hook backing’ I believe. The color and embroidery exceeded my expectations. My puppy looks stunning with this new addition to her tactical coyote brown collar. It feels really high quality.The only ‘con’ I can think of is that there was a tiny gap in between one of the corners of the fabric and Velcro backing. Not an issue whatsoever, as long as it doesn’t come off. So far it hasn’t budged one bit.Please DOUBLE CHECK because the company will produce exactly what you tell them to! Take a look at the photos for the results :)P.S: because of corona, the expected delivery date was a bit longer than I was accustomed to but first world problems right? It actually arrived a few days earlier than expected, so really surprised and happy with that! This is my first custom order for my dog and i couldn’t be more satisfied.

This is the second reflective name tag I've bought from same seller for my dog collars. The reflective aspect works very well, and the stitching of the name section is very good quality.The optional logo is ok, could be more detailed. Kind of hard to point out it's a flag at a distance. But isn't horrible.The rest of the name tag is less than desirable. I'm glad this is going on my dog's collar and not my uniform. My attached pictures show the uneven stitching and poor stitching of velcro. It looks crooked once fastened to anything. The edges loop in some places, which leaves little flaps that hang. The stitching is actually coming undone in some sections in the middle, so time will tell how long it lasts.For how much I paid for the reflective name tag, you'd think a little more attention to detail in the quality control department would happen, but apparently my name tag slipped by. I really want to give this company a good rating because they seem to be pro military/law Enforcement, but it kind of sucks to know I spent this much and got subpar quality. Oh well, it's already made so I'm going to use it.

The quality is there, and it meets the requirements. The only problem is that there is is no buffer before or after the words. All my military uniform name tapes have at least 1/2 inch before and after the letters. Even the picture of this product shows this kind of space, but the one i received has no buffer at all. the stitched seam is touching the letters on either end. You are told to type in the words you want "exactly" how you want them. I wouldn't have thought that i had to add spaces before and after, but maybe you should do that, just to be sure it will look right when you receive it? It's short, but it will be fine, i just wish i knew this before i ordered it.
