great product, does what it says

im highly mpressed by this product. its very effective. usually when i used regular wax strips they'd leave some hair behind. this removed all the hair in one go. the packaging is also cute and thoughtful. will keep repurchasing for sure !

Unfortunately item was damaged and wax had spilled everywhere 😕

Had the black one of this before, no issues. I decided to try this one because I needed it for my underarms and the lemon grass made it sound a littler better. The wax only removed like 5 hairs from each armpit. For my legs however it worked better. Still not as smooth as I wanted them but at least it worked - unlike on my underarms!
