Our plants arrived healthy, in good shape and with moist soil and a nice variety of color and shape. They were packaged really well so there was no damage. Instructions were easy to follow for planting the seedlings. I would recommend getting succulent soil or adding that to your Amazon order so you have that ready to put in the live plants. There were quite a few plants as well. I was excited to make three separate plantings with what arrived (photos show the new plants then the overall planter as finished with other plants).
