I have always had dawn to dusk bulbs in front of the house, but this product is an improvement.1. You don't need to worry about orientating a sensor to be front facing, just screw in in any old way.2. I use this by my front door, as the previous white light was simply too bright, shining through my front window and illuminating my front room. This amber color is plenty bright for entry to my home at night.3. As a side benefit, this actually keeps bugs away. I'm not sure why yellow light does that, but I previously had all the bugs in my neighborhood attracted to my front door to the point where I had to be careful when I let my dog out and night so they would not get in. Now, no bugs at all.4. Uses very little electricity. I may wind up replacing the bulbs in front of my garage with these as well.I highly recommend these bulbs.

Coupled with the poor packaging (a thin carboard insert) 2 of the 4 bulbs do not work. The two that do work... work as advertised. The other 2 bulbs, look scuffed and do not light up at all.Before posting, I reached out to the seller and provided them pictures as requested. They have never responded.So... in essence I paid $8 a bulb x2 ($16 order). Not a good deal. Hopefully this helps them figure out quality control mechanisms.

Please take notice that I traced all my over-the-air television broadcast failures directly to these bulbs. As soon as I removed them from my home all my television reception issues disappeared. I repeated this multiple times to verify with 100% certainty that the bulbs emitted the RF interference.Quality bulbs comply with FCC Part 18 Interference Free requirements. The manufacturer of these bulbs completely ignored this requirement.Look elsewhere for LED bulbs that comply correctly with the FCC.

These bulbs do NOT live up to their advertisement. Don't come on @ dark; go off before light; don't come back on; then go off again. Swapped bulbs out with the same results. There is no other lighting that could influence the action of this (these) bulbs. They simply did not work for me as a porchlight. I will not be returning them, as I feel that it isn't worth my time or trouble. I will not be purchasing from LOHAS again. I am sorely disappointed. Primarily due to having high hopes for these bulbs. PS, they took 2 weeks to get here.

I was excited to receive these light bulbs but unfortunately they didn't work on my porch. I read another reviewer had the same issue. Before returning the bulbs I checked them in my garage..they worked, unfortunately not on my porch.

This product is as described by the vendor. Prior to this purchase, we had to turn on the lights around our screened pool manually. This light has a light sensor and goes on just after dusk. `I can not tell if suing this kind of light/s saves energy or not because our utility bill fluctuates because of our central A/C usage varies through the month. However, I would think that we are saving some usage because before we would need to manually put the lights one when we when out early and knew we would be returning after dark. Common sense dictates that we save money on those days and on the days we forget to turn them off in the AM and have them on for a couple of hours more than needed.On the SezAnnie 5 star scale, I give this product 5 stars!SezAnnie "From the Great & Good to the Bad, Ugly & Beyond"

I am not crazy about yellow lighting but I have to admit there are no bugs. I have had a tremendous amount a moths by the bright white lights all summer long. With these yellow bulbs there are a couple of tiny nats maybe. Works wells.

Love these. Super accurate sensor.Had other ones, previously, with an eye on the side that never went on or off in unison. These have an internal sensor and work really well. The yellow bulb also cut the number of bugs on the porch by at least 90%.
