When looking for a luggage tag for my upcoming trip, I had some very specific criteria in mind. I wanted a piece that would not break the bank, but at the same time something that would last me more than one use. Luggage, especially when checked in, endures so much manhandling that plastic/rubberized luggage tags seem to be too flimsy to hold up to the snags and constant pulling a checked bag may experience on its journey. I love that this luggage tag is a super sleek and durable genuine leather that will go with any color suitcase. Several features that stood out to me in this tag versus some others is that instead of just one panel, it has a nice button closure and flap which hides personal information yet allows it to be easily viewed when needed. It also gives the tag a more polished an higher end feel. The leather is beautifully stitched and the ends are solidly sealed. I have no worries that this tag will not fray or fall apart with constant use. The buckled loop for attaching to a suitcase seems extremely durable when compared to chains or thin plastic loops other tags have. Although a little cumbersome to undo and do up, I am not worried that the buckle loop will rip off if snagged. The strap is well constructed in terms of thickness. It is easy to get in and out of the pocket and a business card would fit perfectly inside the window as this tag is a good bit larger than most luggage tags. Not too large, but enough to make a fashionable statement as well as for easy bag identification. I appreciated that this tag came in a nice gift box and wrapped inside of the box as well. As soon as I unwrapped it I caught a whiff of the "genuine leather" smell. I hope the smells sticks around for a while. For a genuine leather piece, I think this is a fantastic price point and wouldn't hesitate to repurchase for a travel lover in the future. I did receive this product at discount in exchange for my honest opinion, but my review was not influenced at all and I will be putting this product to the test in the near future.

This tag is very well made. The leather looks and feels great. (It even has that strong leather smell from new bags.) The foldable cover definitely offers more protection for your plastic clear cover that shows your contact information. The leather strap and buckle seem pretty sturdy, and the extra loop to put your remaining strap through after the buckle (not all straps have this) is definitely a plus. This makes sure that the strap will never unbuckle on its own. The material is very sturdy, but this added benefit has come with the price of increasing the size of the tag. To be completely honest, this tag is too big for my taste. It is noticeably larger than normal luggage tags. I know that this may come as a huge pro for some people, as it will be easier to spot the luggage at the airport. But in my opinion, it looks a bit awkward dangling from the suitcase, especially if you plan on putting this on your small carry-on. Along similar lines, I am not a fan of the foldable cover option, especially the clasp button. Once again, I understand that this is a huge plus for some people, as it safely protects against your contact information from being easily accessible by strangers. But to be honest, if they really wanted to steal your contact info, a clasp button isn’t going to stop them. Having to unbutton and then open the tag to see the name is definitely going to be a hassle at the airport when you need to find your bag quickly. That being said, the item is exactly as described by the seller, and it is definitely of high quality. The best part of it was that it came really nicely packaged in a white box. This can be given as a gift as is. It is a bit on the pricey side, and I do not really recommend it for the normal traveler. (There are cheaper options where you can get a set of 2 tags for $8.) But if you have the cash to spare and want to give off that feeling of a luxurious traveler, this is for you! I received this product at a discounted price for an honest review.

This luggage tag is fantastic.. Good leather quality,and looks pricey.. But it does not come with a card.It comes in a box and good for a gift. I am happy with my purchased. Highly recommend this product...Got this at a discounted prize in exchange of my honest review..

For anyone rocking premium luggage, this tag is a must. It is made of an extremely nice and high quality leather. I have yet to travel with it so I can't comment on durable based on experience as out yet, but from the look and feel of it, I can't see there being any issues.
