The handle feels light weight. You screw the metal piece to each knob after loosening the screw before inserting. My only complaint is there was absolutely no instructions for installation and I had to figure out how to do it myself. I didn’t know the metal bar screws in Because the old sets was so stripped on the bar it just pushed in. I went with the metal version instead of getting replacement glass ones. You can’t tell I replaced the knobs with a different style. The new knob’s preform smoothly and work great. I will buy some screw lock in the future to keep the screws from moving over time. I would buy again!

This was a very easy DIY repair! I have a hundred year old house and this was the easiest repair yet. This fit perfectly, and was the perfect replacement size. It was so easy to do, it’s a high quality knob, and it works!!

Excellent product for 1874 built home. Only problem is old setback mechanism stripped except one way. The axle included was just a hair too small to catch and move the latch lip. Found one setting for original stripped axle to work and reused it. Lock and catch like new now. Hope this helps someone.

Excellent simple cheap fix. Install took less then 10 minutes and now I can open the kitchen pantry closet with a doorknob instead of having to use a butterknife Smiles.

I bought an old house with old interior doors and one door had no knobs. All the works were there but just no knobs. So I had to always leave the door open because if it closed I couldn't open it. This was a closet door so I could 'nt keep the curious cat out of it. I finally searched Amazon for an answer. I am beyond thrilled with these knobs- they have an old fashioned look and were so easy to install. Just remember to loosen or remove the tiny screw so you can adjust the knob onto the steel shaft- the re-tighten the screw. Thank you Amazon - I love these knobs and the cat is now kept out of the closet.

Not sure how they can advertise as solid brass; it’s definitely not. It’s two hollow pieces attached together; perhaps each piece is all brass. Works ok; shaft was definitely shorter than the one it replaced, and I’m not sure how long a single set screw will keep it securely fastened. Only reason it’s not rated lower is that it’s decently cheap. I’d gladly pay more for a higher quality item though.

I love the product but it is too large for the application on which I had planned to use it. I will save it for future use, however, as I may find another need for the same look and material. Reasonably priced, good quality, the finish for which I was searching, arrived promptly and safely. Simply a larger knob than my bi-fold door will accommodate. I do recommend the product and the seller.

el producto bueno estuve buscando en muchos lados algo similar y no encontre, solo que mi puerta es lijeramente mas delgada para pasar el pivote y tuve que adaptarlo pero aun asi fue facil y sencillo de instalar.

Easy to install. Fit into the lock I had as if they were the original. Look fine as replacement although the original ones were glass knobs. This type of knob has a tendency to loosen a bit and if it starts to rotate wear off the thread. If you are pretty sure of not needing to remove for any reason perhaps Lock Tight would be appropriate. It sure is a great and easy solution rather than install a more modern lock which entails extensive adaptation to the door and door jamb.

I have an older home, so door knobs are a challenge. When I saw these on line it was great, for some reason I lost some of my door knobs ???? They fit and are easy to install. I also purchase the clear ones
