The “kit” is convenient and the best priced option on Amazon. (I prepackage my mother’s AM/PM dosages). Also ordered a refill set of XL size bc I was nervous about other reviews complaining about size. The Large and XL are same dimensions EXCEPT the depth... difference seems minimal but it makes a significant difference. My pics show you how 1 large tablet fits in the Large size. (You could slip a few tiny pills along side but one large tablet takes up most of the interior space) I’m also including a photo of the multiple pills that I can only pack in an XL refill card. Hopefully my photos will be a helpful reference to you.

I have been using these for several years. They work great in general.Pet peeves1. You forget to put in a pill you have to cut a hole and insert it and try to tape over it, or use another package.2. I used to be able to get refills 15 at a time. Now the only options are 500 or 6. Pack of six cost $2.60 I think. I just shudder every time I order them.

I believe the kit comes with the large blisters; I was able to fit 5 pills in each blister (one tiny circle (like the size of an OTC Pepcid square) one larger circle (size of an ibuprofen) one larger triangle (slightly larger than an sleeve tablet) one capsule (the size of a Benadryl capsule) and a oblong tablet (about the size of a Benadryl tab).But they are printed backwards. The numbers on the blisters don’t match the numbers on the tray (minor annoyance if you are doing a full months card, bugger if it’s for 3 of 4 weeks or something like that) and the “start” arrow points to the 31st whereas the “order more” warning is on the 8th or so.

I was expecting the system to be for a month but it looks like it's 10 to 12 months (that's an amazing value!)(I did a test run before I actually tried to set it up for my family members pills)It was very easy to set upit does not come with the roller that the instructional video shows but I just pinched around the edges and gently pressed all over to make sure the backing stuck, it did really well!it seems to work really well, I do think the pills are a little hard to push outI'll know after my son uses a daily

I can’t believe no one mentioned this in the reviews. On both sides of the packaging, the word START points at day 31. You don’t count a month backwards. Very disappointing in the packaging proofreader.

My Mother is over 80, my Father is over 90 with dementia. By using this product it is easier for my Mother to give my Father his meds. I fill them up and write what time the medication is to be given and my Mother just "turns the page" and gives the meds appropriately.

These are an excellent way to ensure I don’t forget my meds. I always fear I’ll forget I took them and accidentally take it again. I hear you can see sounds at that point. I’ll keep the sounds for my ears and stay safe with these cheap but excellent pull organizers.
