Break apart the capsules if you can’t swallow pills
I cannot swallow pills but desperately needed digestive enzymes. I’ve tried several brands and these were the best tasting after breaking apart the capsules. My naturopathic doctor recommended these. I break apart the capsules to drop the contents on my tongue and then wash it down with water. I have tried other brands with this method and they have tasted like pure chemicals—completely unbearable. This one tastes a little like flour—not the best taste of all tastes, but the best taste of enzyme capsules that I’ve come across. Definitely makes an impact and helps my digestion (which was the whole purpose of finding digestive enzymes in the first place). Please keep selling this! It’s very hard to find!

The best!
I have a lot of stomach issues and have had for 35 yrs. I had a nutritionist suggest I try these daily, with meals. I was told I can use more than 1 at a meal if I find that 1 is just not helping much. I have been using these faithfully since the fall of 2013 and I would be lost, or sick to my stomach without them. For heavier meals or days I just find I have a lot of stomach issues, heartburn, etc, I take 2 at a meal and 1 if it's a snack or something lite. If I end up with heartburn because of something I ate, I take another one. What a difference they have made a long with Aloe Very Juice (made from whole leaf, 1oz. taken twenty minutes before a meal)! I no longer take dangerous Rx pills for my heartburn/reflux that I had taken for more than 15 yrs!

Save your money
I have IBS and gastroparesis. I have been in remission for many years due to a proper diet and enzyme supplementation. I rotate supplements and thought I would give these a try.. two weeks later I was in the ER with a mass of “undigested food” lodged in my colon. These did nothing for me
