Dorman 699-118 Accelerator Pedal Compatible with Select Cadillac / Chevrolet / GMC Models

Returned. Didn't work.

Waist of my shop time another failed Dorman product , 3 codes and reduced power . I called Dorman and they said that there were a lot of these that were bad . This is the fourth Dorman product purchased in the last 4 months that is junk, Amazon please stop selling these and waiting our time.

I run fleet maintenance for a small company. I purchased this accelerator pedal assembly in april, and placed it on my shelf as a unit to have on hand in case of failure. I do this for all of the electronic throttle parts for my 2003 -2006 2500hd trucks with the 6.0l. I finally needed the part so I grabbed it from the shelf, and installed it. The truck immediately went into reduced power mode, and triggered multiple trouble codes. I attaached my diagnostic scan tool, and found incorrect readings from the APP sensor. I purchased another pedal assembly from my local parts store, and it is still working flawlessly. Be careful when being prepared, and buying products ahead of time?

Doesn't work at all.

Immediately set 2 trouble codes. Engine would idle only. Had to return item.

Wrong pedal for 2007 Chevy Silverado classic, returns wrong code and causes P2138 error. May work for other newer GM vehicles then again might not. If you have a 2007 Chevy Silverado classic just spend the extra cash on the GM part and save yourself the headache.

Did not work as stated. Had to purchase direct GM replacement. Do not recommend
