Leather Cowboy Western Aussie Style Outback Bush Hat 2b

I bought this as I fancied a rather fancy hat and this fitted my meagre budget. Upon receiving it, I was surprised at both how well made it is and by the quality of the material. It fits my massive, underused cranium like a glove and is rather comfortable. A cracking hat.

Awful packaging. Thin cardboard box with 'Fragile' sticker that was sheer wishful thinking. Box crushed flat and bent double in transit, so hat looked a bit of a state at first.However, it is very good quality and very durable. I coaxed it back into shape and as you can see from the photo it now looks none the worse for its ordeal at the hands of the Philippine Post Office.Very pleased with this purchase!

Firstly excellent seller, the hat fits lovely and thank you everyone for the replies to my question.It’s a lovely worn look and it’s leather, people say there is a pocket inside but it’s the sweat band.Very well made, a little heavy as I’m used to cloth hats so that’s expected.The band you can change to what ever you wish if you don’t like it but I do so I’ll keep mine .You won’t regret buying it if you like this type of hat.I’ve worn mine quite a lot and it’s been admired lol.Hope this helps

always wanted one of these, but they used to be almost three figure sums, this one for real leather is a real bargain. slightly larger than needed but the next size down was too small.Good quality and well made overall very happy with the purchase. 4 stars

Good value hat! Well made. I’ve had good comments when wearing it. Keeps the rain off. Wasn’t sure if I’d ordered the right size not sure how they were supposed to fit but ordered the same size as my head - it’s a little snug but would blow off otherwise as I wouldn’t use the chin cord. but since I’ve read you can make a large hat fit better by using paper inside the the inner flap. So I might have got the next size. Overall very pleased!

Great colour, perfect fit but as it is made of a fairly stiff leather you need it to be a bit larger than your actual head for it to feel comfortable. Good value but at only 8cm in height (rather than the typical 9cm) feels a bit shallow. Delivery was quick.

I love the hat. I've ordered some Scotchgard to waterproof it. Although I measured my head beforehand it was still a little large and I am experimenting with packing materials to get a better fit.This is a great hat for the price though.

Great hat. Like the feature inside to pad the hat for a snug fit. I’m not going to get all arty in my review. It’s a good hat. Keeps the sun and rain off my head. Comfortable fit. Job done.
