Works good on Midwest Cans
I bought these to retrofit my two Midwest gas cans. They fit the cans. They do not leak. What more can you ask for. Worth spending extra for a quality spout. Much better than the design the cans came with.

Now I can continue to use my 5.25 gallon gas can!
The originaI spout on my CHilton gas can was damaged sometime this past winter - combining this with one of their Spout Kit A1 Adapter Sets allows me to safely use my 5.25 gallon Chilton gas can again. The only "complaint' is that the included intructions refernence a cap strap which isn't included in the kit. In fairness you can snap the cap onto the little "nobber' on the pour spuut but the mentioned strap would probably be more convenient So, if you want a cap strap you may want to add one to your order.

Actually, 10 stars. Too bad not all government agency's idiotic ideas weren't this easy to fix. Incredibly easy install.. like if you're having problems getting this to work, I hope you have someone helping you with everyday life. This item is well worth the $ and saves time, money, etc.. no messy spills.. simple.. ironic..

Best spout
Thankful I don’t have to deal with the spill proof spout anymore, which ironically makes me spill more. Rigid spout that flows well and the yellow adapter fits my 6 gallon midway plastic can.

Not the best, at least for long term
I installed the vent plug on two cans. One snapped off at 2 years, the other at 3 years. Both times, I had just filled my plastic cans with gas and was left scrambling to find something to plug the hole before transporting them from the gas station. Don't expect a long life; the vents seem to be cheap plastic.
