Great customer service
Purchased 3 of these for my construction company. Since the guys are working all day and their hands get dirty the representative suggested this clock. So far it's great. setup can be a little complicated but they have clear instructions and a support line to call if you need additional help. I would recommend this to any small business!

Don’t buy this! Utterly disappointed. Very poor customer support. Top of the item fees, Have to pay extra $75 dollars to get it installed to computer. Can not view clock record online. The customer service guy is very rude.
