Update: Customer service is awesome! They quickly sent out a replacement hose. I really love this hose. The fittings are heavy duty and durable. Hopefully my broken one was just a fluke.I loved this hose from the minute I hooked it up. Bought at the end of MAY and by the first week of AUGUST it has BROKEN from the inside. Will no longer hold water properly or coil back up. It is way to expensive to be breaking this quickly. I am so disappointed and irritated!I hope this company reaches out to me.....

I've Ordered a couple of these hoses, thinking I would have better results. Unfortunately, no. It's a terrific hose as far as being lightweight and maneuverable. But in spite of very careful handling, the hose has once again developed pinpoint holes near where it attaches to the hose bib. Very frustrating. I'll have to look for another brand. It may be that all flexible, expandable hoses have a very, very limited lifetime.

This hose worked well at first but sprung a leak after less than a year. I would not recommend buying this one

I planned to replace the sprayer, and I'm glad I did. It's plastic, and super light weight. But the fabric hose is a nice heavy weight, and it really stretches/expands a long way. When I tug on it around the corners of my house, it has gotten stuck under my concrete steps, and even though i really pull on it, it has not snagged or ripped. I've had it 3-4 months. So far so good. But I never get more than 2 summers out of these kinds of hoses.

I was so skeptical of these things as it seemed like it was "as seen on TV" magic. Well I bit the bullet for Spring of 2020 and I'm pleasantly surprised. I have the 100FT model and without water it's weight is inconsequentially minimal.Even with water, it's much lighter than your traditional rubber anaconda. It doesn't have any leaks anywhere on the hose or at any junction which is nice because I've definitely had that before from traditional hoses. It comes with a bunch of stuff you may or may not need. Like a sprayer, extra gaskets, a bag, a plastic hook to hang it. Maybe you'll adopt some of these as your mainstays as they're pretty decent with exception of the hanging hook which I dont fully trust. I like a good metal one but it works! One last thing that someone might find useful. I've got rough sawn cedar beds and a lot of crushed granite in my back yard. I was really worried about the hose "catching" these as it does seem to have a fabric outer layer. I'm happy to report that it does not! The fabric seems synthetic and tightly woven. Coupled with the expansion of water pressure, this baby glides. If you've been at all curious about these things, I say go for it.

This is a great hose.. so good I bought a second one in a shorter length. It is lightweight and doesn’t kink or tangle. My only complaint is the hose developed 2 small ( pinhole ) leaks after 6 months .. still is a good source for my garden .. just watering a few other items along the way

This was better than advertised a worthy product to consider the hose nozzle works brilliantly there were no leaks were spraying at the fawcet connection and the house is very easy to move around and expands to the full 100 feetI recently had bought 100 foot hose from Costco and water sprayed from the connection it was difficult to use this is a totally different product I highly recommend it

This the second hose like this that leaked after only a few months of having it. Unless I was supposed to keep it covered from the heat, this is definitely not worth the money. Yes, it was great as far as being lightweight and being able to handle it. But did not serve the main purpose for that long and started leaking from multiple areas. Would not recommend.
