Great Product
Slight issue with shipping but got an instant response to the problem from the seller. Excellent compound, works great and non-greasy. This is a nice large piece that will last quite a while! I definitely recommend it!

Crumbles to a degree
Works, but kinda brittle. It hasn't fallen apart, just small/tiny pieces crumble off.

Not as advertised
Advertised as Jackson Lea. I received Osborn. I’ll see how it works. Not worth sending back, time and cost.

Better than Woodstock!
I was purchasing Woodstock brand until this last batch where they changed it to a Chinese grease / smear compound that polished worse than than black roughing compound. I do this professionally and know the difference right away. This a alot for the $$ and superior what I was sold from Woodstock that ended up stopping my production.

Does work
I don't really know what I'm doing as far as buffing. I'm not sure which color is best suited for what material. Yellow does polish but I haven't figured out if it's better for steel or brass. I've been using all kinds of colors and manufacturers and have not kept a good track of it but it does work.

Works great on clearcoat paint on cars
This is just what I was looking for, I used it to buff out a car. I use to work on finishing polyester on grand piano’s and used similar product with a 4 inch stack of buffer pads on a hand held buffer and have been looking a very long time for just the right compound thank you so much, Bill

brick is very hard and not preserved in wax paper or foil to keep it from drying out
wanted to use this with a slow rotation DA tool. Unfortunately this bar is pretty hard and brittle, so the pad didn't take up any compound. Probably you would want to use this with a faster polishing wheel that can generate some warmth for the bar to smooth it. I also read that some people use fluids such as acetone to make the bar smoother, which I haven't tried.

Crumbly Jackson LeA White Buffing Compound
The compound is very crumbly.. When you touch it to the buffing wheel it breaks of in little pieces. It is hard to get it into the wheel.A lot of it goes flying away, and a small pile gathers on top of the wheel guide. It is difficult to get much of the compound o to the buffing wheel. I do not know if all White Buffing Compound is the same as this one, but I am not really happy with the quality of this brandJackson LeA

Excellent compound for steels and aluminum!
This compound cuts and does it well to a mirror finish....I use a black then the white and the light reflects right back to me as I wanted. This bar is not as greasy as others and makes the final polish easily...I will buy more!Well worth the money!
