Monster HighBasic Travel Deuce Gordon Doll

About time Deuce got articulated wrists! What a welcome addition.Also great to see him back in doll form. With the original release and dotd near impossible for a lot of people to find, it's great to have a budget option available. Problem is, the distribution. Since ordering this boy hasn't been back in stock and the resellers here are smoking something if they think people are going to pay the $60-80 they're asking for a doll that was $14!as a doll, he's lovely. Very very similar to his original release, though his snake hair has a deeper gradient effect which actually looks a lot better imo. His glasses are also see through, unlike his original release so even with his glasses on, you can make out his eyes. A nice touch, I always felt it was a shame you had to cover up his eyes in his original release.His little man purse is hilariously tiny, not sure what he could fit into it realistically but it's nicely moulded and detailed with his unique skullette emblazoned.His costume is good, though his hood will NOT fit over his snake hawk at all. It'd look odd up anyway what with the plastic moulded snakes distorting the hood shape, but worth noting that the hood really is for "decoration" only.Overall, he's a basic doll but a fine addition to any collection. I'm pleased to have found him at retail price. Those who already own first wave Deuce may wish to get this one purely for the upgraded articulation.

I bought this for my little girl and we have many monster high dolls so I know looking for the hot ghoul is stressful. I went to a website called zoolert you pick the items you are looking for and a text message, email, or alert on the computer will sound when it is stock at normal price. This is how I got this toy from amazon without paying the high price for it, this did take some time though. I would get a text message run to the computer add it to cart and go to pay and it would already be out of stock, I did this 4 times in one day. I did not give up and it did work finally and now she will have a boy monster in time for Christmas. I hope this will help someone with this toy or any thing like. I also got my daughters furby sling bag and chair this way as well for normal price. *****Edit***** We got the doll in and it is great, he goes great with the other dolls and its nice to have another boy. His eye look like snake eyes, he does have a tattoo on his arm and his snakes on hid head did mark up the box on the inside, but his snakes were fine no paint missing. Only thing I will say is that his clothes are not as dressy as the other dolls from the Scaris line, (I knew that buying him that why i still gave him 5 stars) I will be trying to find him something nicer to wear for my daughter.

First let me say that these boy dolls are ridiculously hard to get. I didn't manage to get one for my daughter for Christmas but I did manage to snag one the other day just in time for her Valentines birthday. I agree with previous posters that if you really want to get these boy dolls, it takes a little time and patience. It became a challenge for me. First, I set up my Amazon account with one click buying-this is a must! Then I made sure that that exact page was either always up on my computer or on my favorites or in my new tab page. Then I set up the zoo alerts to go straight to my phone. After that it's a little of luck thrown in. I can't tell you how many times I was in the car or working when I would get an alert and unable to get to the computer but the other day I happen to get the alert as I was sitting at the computer and because everything was set up, was able to get it. They go fast, within minutes they were gone again so obviously lots of people are doing this. Is this beyond ridiculous? YES. Like I said though I considered it a challenge and did a touchdown dance when it actually went through! I have also called Mattel and written to Mattel to complain about the limited boys and the issue with the CAM body parts. I love these dolls, just wish they were more accessible.

Bought this for my daughter as a birthday present, was able to purchase it at a great price considering it went for outrages amounts on other websites. She loved this doll, and still plays with him. Only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the hands on these dolls come off, and that is definitely something I would like to see changed on future dolls, it may pose as a choking hazard for smaller children.

The Monster High dolls are very poorly made. I hate that Mattel allows such a poor product go out under their name. The boy dolls are very hard to come by, so this was not an inexpensive item. The hands and arms are made to fall off and interchange, but other moveable parts break easily too. Almost all of my children's Monster High dolls have had "surgery" to put them back together. They are not worth the money, but my children LOVE the characters.

My little sister is a monster high maniac ! She fell in love with the whole Scaris dolls the minute they came out. We managed to snatch up Jinafire first. I recently got her Scaris Rochelle Goyle and the Basic Travel Ghoulia and Abbey for Christmas but I wanted to get her Deuce as well. AND BOY, IS HE LIKE IMPOSSIBLE lol.Hint to those who want Deuce,I had an alert on my phone that told me when he came into stock on amazon because amazon has the cheapest price for him - $14.50 ! Don't get him for anything more ! Oh, and the alerts always were a little late coming in so every time I saw he was available, I rushed to the site and tried to purchase him. I'd get all the way to confirming my order and BOOM, SOLD OUT. This happened to me like 3 times today and it annoyed me so bad. I ended up refreshing this page over and over again for about 20 minutes, and the minute he was available, there were only 4 left in stock. I got him in an instant !! funny thing too, after I successfully purchased him, THATS when I got my alert for him being in stock. lol. so , if you really want him, refresh refresh refresh !my sister is gonna be one happy girl.

it was very expensive and the box looked used.i was not that impressed.my grand daughter will love it so I won't return it.

Très belle poupée et abordable quand on voit les prix des garçons monster high qui s'envolent. J'ai fait le bonheur de ma fille, elle les collectionne. Attention ce ne sont pas des poupées à mettre dans toutes les mains surtout petites mains, Ces poupées sont fragiles et ne sont pas à manipuler comme celle d'une autre enseigne.Enfin rien à redire sur la qualité, c'est Monster hIgh! Pas de défaut de fabrication.Le colis est arrivé en parfait état et en avance sur la date estimée..Je recommande vivement Amazon pour l'achat de toute la gamme de ces poupées.

Desde hace tiempo que me piden algún chico Monster (este en concreto) para que las diversas Barbies y Monster no se aburran. No son fáciles de encontrar solos y menos a este precio. De modo que por si las moscas, lo he comprado y lo almaceno para las navidades. Que luego las peregrinaciones virtuales o físicas de tienda en tienda con cara de padre necesitado son agobiantes.Esta muy bien el muñeco y se que les va a encantar porque lo llevan pidiendo mucho tiempo.El envío y el embalaje perfectos y a tiempo.

My Grandchildren love these and this one is no exception. Wonderfully made and so original. This item was sent by air I think, it came so quickly! Well packaged in it's original pack then put into a cardboard box! Couldn't be better and the price was well in order .

Der Kaufpreis für diese Ausführung von Monster High Scaris Deuce betrug 19,99 Euro.Für diesen Preis bekommt man eine hoch bewegliche Figur in einzigartigem Design, mit sehr gut verarbeiteter Kleidung und einer Kunststoff-Tasche, die sich auch öffnen lässt.Die Bemalung von Gesicht und Körper zeigt keine Mängel.Leider liegt dieser Figur kein Ständer bei. Allerdings kann dieser Deuce mit der richtigen Pose / Körperhaltung auch von selbst stehen.Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Verarbeitung der Körperteile. Mir fällt auf, dass die Qualität zu früheren Figuren der Serie nachgelassen hat. Die "Nähte" an denen die Teile zusammengesetzt wurden sind teilweise sehr unsauber geschnitten. Teils passen sie nicht richtig zusammen, so dass man Lücken erkennen kann. Hier stellt sich die Frage ob die Teile womöglich bald auseinander brechen. Auch an den Gelenken lässt sich das unsaubere schneiden der Einzelteile erkennen.Womöglich lässt die Beliebtheit der Serie und deren Umsatzmaximierung die Produktionsmenge bei verkürzter Produktionszeit steigen.Natürlich kann mein Modell hier eine Ausnahme bilden.Ich habe leider keinen Vergleich mit einer weiteren Deuce-Figur.Für 19,99 gibt es für diese geniale Figur insgesamt trotzdem 5 Sterne.Hätte ich allerdings einen höheren Betrag gezahlt, würden mich die Mängel am Körper ärgern und es wären nur 4 Sterne.
