Best of the 10 Minute Solutions that I've tried
Once upon a time, Netflix had a variety of the 10 Minute Solutions available for streaming. I went through all of them. This is the one I liked the most. This is the one I felt worked the most. When Netflix took down their workout videos, this was the one I missed the most.I finally got my hands on it again a few years later. I am overweight, I am out of shape and I am a mother to 3 kids who are not yet in school. I go to the gym, but I needed something for the days I do't go. This one did not disappoint when I picked it back up again. I especially loved the DVD's addition (Netflix didn't have it as an option obviously) to customize your workout. Being able to pick 2, 3, or 4 of the workouts and have them played in the order I want? Wonderful!Also, unlike Jillian Michael's DVDs, you can skip straight to the menu and immediately customize your workouts. (I love the 30 Day Shred, but the required monologue every time I use it gets old).The routines are simple, but they work. Carb Killer and Interval Burn are two of my favorites, but the others are just as good. It may not be an hour-long personal trainer session at the gym, but it does the job at home if you're time is limited.

Great Warm-Up Video or for Beginners
Mainly, I use this dvd to properly warm-up before using some of my other group exercise videos. A lot of workout videos don't have a proper warm up so this works for me. Then on my tired/low impact days, I do the entire video. Michelle Dozois is a skilled instructor and has a good balance of cueing and motivating you to keep going. There isn't a lot of unnecessary chatting as I've found in some other videos. Also both workouts are very easy to follow even for those who don't feel very coordinated. The entire workout is low impact so great for beginners, people new to exercise, folks with creaky joints, or more advanced exercisers that just need a good warm-up video.

FALSE ADVERTISING
This was sold as a NEW DVD and it was previously viewed!!! The packaging was shattered.

I bought this dvd twice
Had this DVD once but lost it in the shuffle of moving from South to North. I really like it because the short exercises pack a punch so you get to sweating in a short amount of time. I also like ten minute exercises because you can do a few of them and get variety. The kick boxing one is real good, the metabolism buster and the last one implements weights and I like this one the best because in ten minutes you feel like you used those weights for an hour. If this DVD wears out I'll purchase my third one.

A Real Workout
This DVD is great. I love working out with it. The 10 minute workouts are just the right length and are helping me burn calories and lose weight. I have tried a lot of the other 10 Minute Workouts, but really like this one. Not too hard, not too easy, just right!

I go back to this workout every time I'm coming back from an exercise break. Some of the segments are very easy and some are harder so I can ease into it. The cueing is great and her personality is fun.

love this workout
This is a great DVD workout. Love how it's broken into 10minute chunks, and you can view them in any order you choose. I'M 38,in decent shape,but don't really like exercise. This is a perfect balance, challenging but not too hard. Easy to learn.

I really only do one of the workouts but I LOVE IT. The metabolism booster! Its great. The 10 minutes goes by fast and she is a great motivator!
