Motorcycle Cover

Extremely good quality, very durable and rain/wind proof. Kept my motorcycle rust free all winter. I have bought 3 for 3 different bikes over the years and have lasted for 1.5 years so far and still going strong. Straps on the bottom for rear and front tyres ensure the wind won’t pull off the cover. Very good fit for my motorcycle. Would recommend.

Reviews on the cheap covers say buy and expensive one, whilst reviews on the expensive ones say to save your money and get a cheap one ?? I went for this one as it best fitted the size of my Yamaha Xmax. It was slightly ripped on one of the seams from new, but as low down on the cover I accepted it. It's been ok in the rain, but definitely not 100% waterproof (about 90% more like it). Handles the wind ok with the under straps. For 20 quid, It'll do. If it had cost more, I probably would have sent it back.

Very good quality

Bought this on the 31 May 2023 to cover my new 2023 model BSA 650. Before fitting I added two additional ribbon straps mid way on the bottoms as I felt the two quick release catches on the wheel ends would not secure it fully. I think the extra straps have made a big difference as it holds the cover more securely under the engine of the bike. 11 months on the cover is still in one piece and doing its job and had stood up to all the wind and rain over the past 11 months....the weather it has suffered has been horrendous, at one stage I had to turn off my video doorbell as the wind was making the cover flap so much it was causing it to set off the alarm. All in all, it has lasted a lot longer than I thought it would, but will add, it maybe due to the two additional straps I fitted to it myself. Quick update (7 December 2024) on my review, it has finally succumbed to storm Darrag today, there were a few slight tears on the front low down for a month or two, but the storm has caused these slight tears to have become large tears/holes uncovering the whole front and the petrol tank...rear still ok, but will need to get a new cover. Overall, I still think it has performed well as a cover and the fact storm Darrag has brought down a few trees and fences, the cover has stood up really well for the battering it has had with storms over the last 19 months :)

Bad Points: This cover went from new to shredded on a bike that saw very little use, and was parked in a semi-sheltered location, simply from the effects of sunlight and weather in 7 months. It's not waterproof, showerproof perhaps. Neutral Points: It's black, albeit with hi vis strips, fine for my off-road parking spot, but I wouldn't want to use it on road at night. Very light weight and small size. Good Points: Two straps front and rear, not one strap in the middle, this makes the cover much easier to secure to the bike when your joints are a bit creaky. While, as another reviewer pointed out, the cover does billow in the wind, it has never blown off. It's cheap. The main reason I bought a second one, never underestimate the value of something you can afford to have delivered the very next day, rather than leaving your bike unprotected until payday. I would note that prior to my first one of these I had a more expensive Oxford cover that only lasted about a year, so wasn't much better in terms of months of use per pound paid, but was a better cover apart from having only one strap in the middle. This would be an ideal cover for travelling with if you want something that takes up little luggage room.

Although I keep my bike in a garage I still like to cover it and sometimes have to park outside so it keeps dust off inside & dry when outside. Would buy again.

If all you need is an indoor cover to protect you bike from dust and the like then why spend any more.
