This is the first time I have purchased a cover for my cell phones. I have had a cell for over 20 years. I was really pleased with the quality. The installation was totally easy. I reviewed many covers prior to purchase and also read feedback for this product. I found no problems so far relating to any negatives I had read. I was a little concerned that the black finish might be distorted, but as new, it is as shiny as the actual phone finish. The phone itself has been a bit of a problem in that it is so sensitive to the touch that it is like if I even stare at it it jumps to s different screen... ugh! However, after installation, I have been playing before I wrote the review, and the cover has solved the sensitivity so far and eased my stress ... and I might not complain to Samsung .... since I just started using this phone and cover, if I find any negatives I will review again. I had previously bought a similar case like this from a different seller (who's not selling them anymore) and I really liked the case so knowing another seller had it, but for less is a plus for me. I had my first case for 2 years before I finally broke the bottom part of the screen protector myself (oops lol). It already took a bit of beating and some scratches, but could still be usable even after braking it. I dropped my phone many times and even flat on its face, and still the case and the phone survived. This case from this seller is exactly the same as I expected. However, like others have pointed out, the side buttons are a little stiff and kind of hard to press. I still think it's a great buy, it's sturdy, good grip, long lasting. I would recommend it.

Very nice and sturdy case but definitely not toddler indestructible lol.. had it for a while.. definitely destroyed after 2 hours of toddler use.

I always prefer to get a case with a built in screen protector, but I have never had a problem until I put this phone case on. Even trying to type this is difficult because the front protector is messed up or something. I'm having to try to type harder even though I went to my settings and selected for the touch sensitivity to be increased.I also have bubbles on the left side & right side of my front screen and there is a huge misshapen bubble on the back of the screen.I do not feel like this is going to protect the back of my phone either, feels like a flimsy screen protector just like the front.Oh and also the bottom part of the case doesn't fully stay in place.It definitely needs the flaps covering the ports at bottom of phone too.I only chose this case because I was able to get it next day & it was not expensive, but I cannot use this case. My thumb hurts from trying to type all of this so hard.

This case fit perfectly. I like that it encloses the entire phone, but now wish the back wasn't the same clear material as the front. Solid black back would have been better for the look and less fingerprint cleaning... but that's ok. My only other negative is the back has a few bubbles, I guess you'd call it, that makes it look like it is a wet surface against the clear material (which it isn't) and it had a slight ding on the back clear piece. Overall, it seems to be a good protective case. I'd recommend it to someone looking for a simple, plain case for theirs.

I can't say this is a bad product as I believe user error and personal preference plays a part in this review. After assembly, it was just a bit too bulky for what I wanted with my slim A20 phone. I also accidentally detached the screen protector from the front casing when cleaning it before I placed it on the phone which then left a very noticeable plastic sound when I used the touch screen. Buying on line can be a challenge sometimes and I did completely expect to love it. Not worth the time and trouble for me to return it so I will just try something else. I believe if you are careful with the assembly and don't mind a bit of bulk (not overly, just more than I wanted) you will be satisfied. Not products fault, not sellers fault, not my fault (well, except for detaching the screen protector from the casing. That was definitely my bad, LOL).

Fits snugly and nicely. Great price. Directions kind of skimpy. Tells you how to install the case, but it doesn't explain what all the items included in the box are for. But I used the wet and dry wipes to clean the inside and outside of the front screen. It has some smudges, but I can live with it. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I just got my case today, so it came fast. It was easy to install (my daughter did it for me) and it seems to recognize all my touches. It feels great in my hands and I don't think I'll have any problem with it automatically trying to do emergency calls while in my pocket (I'll let you know if it does).

It works. The screen protector bulges out so if have to press the screen harder for typing and scrolling and dirt get under the protector easy
