Does the shampoo always ship open? Ive ordered 2x. Each time the bottle is open and the amazon bag is coated on the inside and or leaking

In theory it shouldnt be open. In our store we personally put safety sticker seals to prevent leaking. The trouble is sellers have no control to what happens after it goes to Amazon warehouses for potentially several weeks before it ships to customer.
