Yummy cookies
Bought these as a treat for school students who wondered what some Egyptian people ate for dessert. They were delicious! 3 different flavors inside. A nice durable tin to keep if you choose.

Delicious Baklava
I Purchased these baklavas for a Diwali get together with family and they were a big hit! The Packaging was in perfect condition in a very nice tin. The Baklava comes in 4 different varieties and all are bite-sized so you can easily eat a few and not feel guilty. My family loves sweets and these Baklava were delicious and the perfect addition to our sweet assortment. we all enjoyed trying the different varieties. Love that they are natural ingredients, not too sweet and authentic. I would definitely purchase it again!

Good Presentation, .. Hideous Taste, .. Hi Price....Excellent Cattle Feed....!
☆☆I am big on Baklawa. I ate it glottenously as a kid growing up as a military brat in the Middle East.I buy Baklawa as "Hobby", .... this essentially designates me as a Professional Baklawa Taster! In the US, Baklawa comes in a Greek variety, and this is the worst. Baklawa is of Turkish origin and the Greek adulteration is hideously inedible. It also comes in its original Turkish variety either from Turkey or any of the lower Mediterranean Arabic Countries, and that variety essentially is the type to chose from. This particular brand originates in Jordan. It comes in quite a luxurious gilded old fashioned tin box. It is in that quite attractive presentation that one is disheartened upon opening and consuming the Baklawa. The Baklawa at large doesn't have a taste in its essential constituent, which is the filo sheets. What gives it its unique taste is the rest of the ingredients. To wit, Purified seasoned butter, sweetener and added natural flavors,The purified butter is called ghee. Here in this brand, it is purified only without adding natural flavors and olfactory ingredients such as cardamom, vanella, mint and Cinnamon. This alone renders the final product taste bland and Meh....!The other mistake us inadvertent. By attempting to refine the ingredients to the max, they opted for a syrup made of pure honey. ,,,,, Well, honey is excellent for syrups, but in its pure form, it possesses a very strong taste that overpowers the rest of the ingredients. While this may sound frivolous to many, to many a professional scheff, it is a big mistake. The syrup should be as neutral as possible but flavored only with natural flavors such as lemon, orange, straubery or mango zest.Furthermore, honey tends to be over soaked into its host making it gooee and fraying. All in all, this Jordanian variety may taste like Baklawa because it is Baklawa, but to the discerning taste, especially for the price, it is stale and hideous. There are many varieties made right here in the US avoiding the mistakes mentioned in this neutral review, and above all fresh. This product was shipped y sea or by air freight, which means 3 months in transit, distribution and warehousing. No wonder it tasted hideous.I did not like it at all, and Amazon refused the request for a return, but they provided a full refund. ,,,,,, I have returned it at my own expense anyway to avoid any negative or mistaken judgement.☆☆

The expiration date should be stated
The sesame in this product tasted like they had expired, and the cookies themselves tasted stale.

Just reviewing upon first inspection, for now.
Update!! Delicious! Totally worth it. Will definitely buy again!I have not tried these cookies. I will update after they are gifted and we try them but I will review upon first glance.I was looking for sweets from Greece. I stumbled upon these treats. Seeing the baklava first and thinking that they were Greek. I dont think there is much difference between the ingredients and methods so im not upset.. I do wish the description listed this as Arabic sweets. I feel the sentiment of the gift is lost, for my husband. That is ultimately my fault. They just looked so tasty in the photos after searching for so many, I didn't think to do my research. It just would have been nice to see immediately in the head description. So the box our cookie tin was delivered in had crumbs all over it. Upon opening the box, I imagined that the cookies were ruined due to shipping and packaging. After all there was nothing in this box to keep the cookie tin from being thrown around. The plastic seal was in tact. Only two cookies were broken.THESE COOKIES ARE BEAUTIFUL AND SMELL AMAZING! As I tried to put the tin lid back on, I realized it had been warped. I believe that is how we were loosing cookie crumbs and seeds. But I cant wait to try these sweet treats!! By the looks, so far, I recommend purchasing.

Good but pricey
This baklava is very good and has a great variety, but it is very pricey when you can get it cheaper in the store. Would order again only if the price went down!
