Missing seat
Toilet was okay but I thought it came with a seat and lid as depicted in the picture

Toilet arrived 8 days late and smashed into several pieces
I think the picture explains exactly what’s wrong with this toilet completely smashed .The outer packing is only thin cardboard with the corners protected not adequate for a fragile product .Ordered on 12 July expected 20th July and finally delivered like this on 28th July delaying my project and now I have to find and buy another one - I am furious
