Kentaur Calligraphy Pen Set_SK-092-1

I ordered this for my eleven year old daughter who is an artist, and particularly fascinated with penmanship. I ordered it on Friday and it arrived on Monday. I can hardly wait until Christmas morning! I think she'll be more excited about this than the tech gifts she's getting.

I am still learning to write with the different tips but there are two that I have come a long way on and can write almost a whole page before needing more ink. I really appriciate this set coming with ink as many of the sets do not. It isalittle plain and the box to store the set is cheap but I dont expect to keep it stored that way.

I ordered this set and when I picked it up from the office I was really excited to start writing with it. However 2 of the 6 nibs were actually slightly ajar from each other, so that the nib didn't write even when well inked With a pair of pliers its possible to realign the nibs, but the result was a scratch on the tip of one of the nibs However the rest of the nibs were fine, and the seal was quite stunning.

This handsome set is easy to use, and makes a beautiful gift. The Harry Potter fan in my family just flipped out when he received it for Christmas. He especially loves the quill and stamp. Thanks Kentaur for the great transaction.

I have purchased 2 of these and gave one away as a gift. This set worked out okay for me, I had not done calligraphy in a long time and the pen set got me back into the art.

This is a very nice set. The only drawback is the wax. It drips black and catches the paper on fire. So, unfortunately we won't use that. The pen and nibs are very nice, they clean easily.

Got this for my 11 year old daughter for a xmas present. She is very much into the Harry Potter books and really wanted a quill and ink set. She loved it!! Bought a calligraphy book for beginners to go with it.

Bought this for the wife, who is just beginning to use different ink and quill/pen sets. She loves it. Looks great feels great and works very well. I expected it to be a bit "cheaper" feeling than it is, for the price, but it's a great deal.
