Fantastic 😀😀😀!!!

I’ve been a big fan of Selle SMP saddles for my mountain biking and road cycling. I have three that I use and have logged 1000+ miles on each. This seat has less padding than those, but same shape, and it weighs a bit less than my others so I gave it a try. Works ok for 90 min technical rides. Does not work for 90+ min gravel/road/flow single track. I don’t have much padding down there and after 90 mins I start hurting. I did a 3 1/2 mountain bike race and had tissue damage issues for a week afterwards.If you have a padded butt this might be great. If you have a flat butt you should consider something different.

After just 5 rides, the seat had permanent indentations in it from my sit bones.After 10 rides, the seams burst and the goo squeezed out.The seller here passed the buck to the manufacturer, and then the manufacturer just stalled and finally ignored me, not honoring the warranty.

I ride 5 or six times a week and my factory saddle was leaving my sit bone area very sore after the first hour. Installed the Selle Well Gel and after a few minor adjustments, have found the sweet spot for me. Very happy to have purchased this saddle. Now, I can return to enjoying the entire ride, rather than feeling the pain for the second half.

I've bought about $1000 in bicycle seats over the past year, trying to find one that I can tolerate for more than an hour. This is it. Really well made too. Check SMP's website and you'll see that this is a top-tier brand, with saddles handmade in Italy. I've now purchased 3 of them for my road, mountain, and commuter bikes.
