I ordered this for my fire gloves. It does do that. Overall the quality is fine but if you tighten the strap it will not stay tight. The reflective material is on all of the strapping and keeps it from staying tensioned. I will likely be returning this for a product that stays tight to make sure I don't lose my gloves.

Buckle broke trying to sinch down gloves. Whole strap slides so it requires 2 hands most of the time. Will be purchasing another similar item and trashing this one

The glove holder can be pre tightened to provide a snug non slip glove holder for firefighter gloves, plus the extra bonus of the D ring for elevator keys

The strap securely holds gloves much better than the common velcro alternative. Very secure and will not fall out under while being attached to bunker gear. Simple squeeze of the clip releases them.

My brother was really happy about the strap! He is a fire fighter and said he really needed this so he can move faster with his gloves and not have the fall out of pockets etc.

Decent quality .... Looks like it should last . That being said plastic fasteners aren't my top choice ... Also , holds my fire gloves a bit loose for my taste but so far not bad

Cheaply made. Doesn’t hold and the strap backs through the buckle under tension. The reflective material came off the first time I used it. Last resort

Great for holding my fire gloves to my jacket. Much better then the velcro ones I've used before. Time will tell how this holds up but seems well made.
