Brought as a present for my dad as he loves pear drops. Have had a pack myself,taste amazing. The tins are beautiful!

Nice tins, lovely smooth mouth feel, the powdered sugar coating does not try to abrade the skin off the roof of your mouth unlike some pear drops. Unfortunately, for the most part, they have very little pear drop taste, are slightly too sweet for my taste and are very solid, so they are not easily crunched. Just occasionally you find a random pear drop that seems to contain the majority of the ethyl acetate for the batch, which is interesting and even for me (searching for the "perfect" strong pear drop)a little too intense. I had originally ordered these drops under subscribe and save but, since receiving the product, have cancelled my subscription. Not unpleasant but not what I was looking for.
