I am writing this review after using the mattress for more than 60 days. We had order 2 mattresses - 1 for the wall bed and other for a regular bed. Our parents are using this mattress and we have not yet faced any issue regarding size, comfort or quality of the mattress. Touchwood!!We started looking for mattresses in the market and brands like Sleepwell and Kurlon are way too costly if you are looking for a reasonably comfortable mattress with memory foam or bonnel spring. The only benefit of this was that we educated ourselves in the process of searching for mattress. Ultimately we had to hop on to online alternatives for finding a reasonably priced mattress and we came across the ones offered by Durfi. We went through the reviews and then somehow we were satisfied but the only hiccup was that any mattress bought online did not have any return policy. After lot of deliberations, we ordered 2 mattresses from Durfi.Instantly after placing the order, the Customer Exec. from DURFI got in touch via Whatsapp followed by a telephonic call. Her name was Roshni and she had called from their call centre based in Bengaluru. She explained to me about the comfort and helped me clear our doubts regarding the quality of the mattress. She also confirmed about the size of the mattress that we had ordered and asked if we wanted to customize the size i.e. dimensions according to our bed size. In our case, since the beds were tailor made no customization was required.We had kept our fingers crossed about the mattress and to our surprise, we were left stunned by the quality - of the packaging, of the mattress itself and of the service that these people offer. Though I took a few days to get used to the memory foam, my wife & my parents did not have any problem using the mattress. If I am asked to rate the firmness or rather softness of the mattress then I would rate it as 5 (scale of 1 being softest and 10 being hardest). It would give you a better feel than our traditional cotton mattress and the feeling of sleeping on memory foam is definitely luxurious. If you are looking for reasonable options, then you can definitely try using Durfi. If not liked then I am sure that the price at which the mattress is sold, you wouldn't mind replacing it in few years. Thank you Team Durfi!

The mattress is good in quality. It supports all types of spines. The only concern is about stitches where some of the places on bed showing torn stiches.

This mattress has no heating issues on this summer. The foam density is still good and when we retire to bed the quality of sleep increased few hours and no back pain or body pain found.Previously we bought spring bed and used it for few years it has given severe body pain to my father aged above 70 years. Now my dad feels so comfortable and no body pain found. This mattress is really pain reliever. The cotton candy works nicely and it gives good support throughout the body.I sincerely thanks to Durfi manufacturers for selling mattresses for fine quality with full dedication. Amazon online shopping also sells product at nominal price 👍🙏🙏🏽

Size looks little small for my 6*5 bed

I have used and researched many brands but this time a horrific experience with this low quality brandIrony is it is especially meant for back ache problems but within a week of usage the cheap quality memory foam started to sag badly. The firmness of mattress is completely lost within 2-3 weeks of usage and starts giving you back pains.Went for a replacement but again same problem.Now durfi is not giving refunds nor honoring it's accountability. So total avoid , total waste of money.Given this mattress to kabaadiwala now

Loved the product. Went through the nightmare of delivery experience from Flipkart as they delivered the wrong size twice and took almost 1 month. I finally canceled the order from Flipkart and ordered the same product from Amazon. And no guessing, Amazon quality service is far better than Flipkart. Got the RIGHT SIZE product delivered within 2 days. Kudos to the Amazon team.The product is nice. I bought it for my little one's bed. It's medium-soft with good back support. I haven't spent enough time with the product so can't say much about long term sleeping experience however material used is premium and that too at affordable price.

Like its firmness

Bed is good. Whether the 6 inches height will continue it will pressed down over the period is to be seen. I have purchased abed size of 30 inch breath to suit the cot size (2.5 ft cot). But it is not convenient. I should have purchased 36 inch.
