 so i bought this because i recently bought a note 9 as a present for myself and i knew that this phone had some awesome features but one of them required a usb type c adapter and i wasn't willing to pay alot for something im gonna use only sometimes i found this one from my random searches in amazon and of course i bought it because it was reasonably pricedPros:Otg friendly:if your device supports otg you can use this adapter for transfering files via the usb port on the adaptermirroring compatible:you can use this with certain android devices and mirror your display (note 9) to an hdmi enabled display device or perhaps you could use this to mirror your macbookDex mode compatible:since i own the note 9 and i wanted to see if it would work the answer to that is yes it works awesome and since it has a usb just gotta connect a keyboard or mouse or just pair some bluetooth keyboard and mouseCabling:this adapter uses a thick rubber shielding for the wiring that goes from the adapter to your device which is nice for overall long term useFast data Transfer:as expected it uses usb 3.0 for the usb port on the adapter so i can transfer files quickly and get back to work as usual as quick as possibleCons:Usb port:perhaps it was just the one i got but with certain usb devices i have i had a bit of a time trying to get it to slide in and connect my usb sticks to this adapterCharging speed compatibility with android devices:this adapter does not support fast charging from what i can tell i used the correct charger and cable and all and it just charges like regular charger would for my note 9Note: any questions comment below and the review is subject to change upon any new developments found while using the adapterNote: Added a video of it being used with my note 9 i had issues making it because i had a HDMI cable that wasn't good but the adapter itself worked out greatBest Regards.Andy

I just got this adapter and it's exactly what I was looking for. The quality seems really nice. Im going to use it to hook up my phone to my TV with an HDMI cable since my laptop died!

After plugging and unplugging upto 10 times I was able to get it to work. I tested this dongle on my LG V20, LG V35 and Surface Book 2. All except for my V35 could output video. The V35 displays a message saying video output is only available over wifi casting. My V20 is not able to charge and output display at the same time. Although it can accept usb A devices and charge a at the same time.

This is a great usb c adaptor to have. I currently use it for my Nintendo Switch instead of carrying around the dock to a friend’s house I just grab this adaptor. The quality of the product feels and looks nice. The downside which really isn’t a fault of the product is it gets a little warm when you plug power into it. That is expected to happen a little so I’m not worried.

There are many expensive thunderbolt type c multi port but this one does the work pretty fine for such cheaper price. Loved it.

I wanted one adapter with the same quality. I found this with good price and good rating so I bought this. And I didnot regret. It’s really amazing. My friends wants the same adapter. It’s multitasking. I can connect so many things at one time.

 I'm looking for a portable display port for my switch, well it's kinda like the switch dock but it is easier to pack in my bag. Plus I can use this as well for my laptop, which doesn't have any the normal usb port but rather only the usb-c. This is helpful since I can connect it to a display while transferring data. Well on my opinion, overall the price and product quality ratio is worth it.

I bought this adapter for my MacBook 12 inch.macbook is very convenience when you want to take it away but it really made me upset when I want to use my bigger monitor because you can't charging when you output signal by HDMI cable.With this adapter I can do it and I have an extra USB-A port at the same time!I love this small adapter and certainly it worth the money!
