Keep this one on a easy-to-reach shelf so you can return to it again and again.

This book is a great resource not only for new parents but also for parents who already have kids that want help with best practices. It’s well organized by topic and the guidance is from some of the best pediatricians in the country. I found the Nutrition section especially helpful having a toddler who can be quite picky at times.

In a word full of unsolicited parenting advice with an internet full of unreliable opinions, I cannot overstate the value of having a book full of evidence-based parenting advice written by experts in child health and development. My go-to book for questions and concerns about my kids!

I received this book from my Mother-In-Law. It has a lot of great parenting information as far as development, illness, and injury. A great book for new parents.
