David Austin Mycorrhizal Fungi helps to get your roses and most other plants off to their best possible start and is easy to use: simply sprinkle Mycorrhizal Fungi around the root ball at planting time. Each 3oz pouch is sufficient for planting 3 roses and contains a mix of eighteen different mycorrhizal fungi, with added beneficial bacteria and biostimulants. The pouch features a re-sealable top to help to keep the remainder of the product fresh if you plant less than 3 roses. David Austin Mycorrhizal Fungi contains nine different species of ectomycorrhizal fungi and nine of endomycorrhizal fungi. A balanced complex of biostimulants – sea kelp extracts, vitamins and other ingredients - stimulate the roots and help plants cope with environmental stress. This can occur during transplanting or if the plant experiences drought. David Austin Mycorrhizal Fungi also contains six different species of beneficial bacteria that help plants to grow in various ways - in particular, by encouraging the release and uptake of nutrients from the soil.

Excellent rose booster!
Love the product and used in my existing roses. It really helped the color in my Don Juan roses as I live in Texas and the heat really wears these guys down.

Bought for my David Austin roses that I ordered to late in the season. I ordered 2 but only one survived. But thanks to this the one that survived flourished

Buyer Beware
I’ve purchased this directly from David Austen in the past and decided not to this time and purchased from this listing. This is a FAKE product. It looks like fertilizer, maybe from a different brand. This is NOT Mycorrhizal fungi!

A must, especially if you're making the investment in fertilizers and time anyway
I was initially skeptical of whether this was really necessary, but within a week of my adding it to the soil (no other changes), the roses began a dramatic growth spurt, beyond the slow-but-steady pace they'd shown before. The fungi clearly do help the roots take in more nutrients. Highly recommended and most definitely worth the money.

Helps your plant get established
We ordered a David Austin rose for our backyard not knowing this product was recommended when planting. Ordered this after initial transplant so we got to see the growth with and without the fungi. When re-potting our rose to it's permanent spot, this fungi really helped our plant get established. We noticed an immediate improvement in its growth.

Works like a charm
My rose bushes have looked rather sad the past few years, mostly due to the deer invasion. Well, the 7 foot fencing solved that problem. However, they were still not quite healthy looking. I added the mycorrhizal fungi to the base of each plant, probably less that is recommended. I am totally sold on the results., Bushy, healthy rose bushes, with lots of blooms this year. This product is a winner.

Terrific stuff!
This stuff is amazing. I originally bought it on the David Austin website along with my roses order, but saw it here and was happy to get it again. I've compared roses that have it and those that don't, and there's a huge growth difference. Great stuff.

Wow!
One week after planting a leafless rose bush, leaves started to emerge. By the end of the second week - tons of leaves! Very impressed so far.
