Nordic Ware Natural Jelly Roll Pan

Exactly what I wanted. Excellent bakeware. Will not rust. Cleans easy.

I love ALL my Nordic Ware pans! After decades of using inexpensive sheet pans, I discovered Nordic Ware and was amazed by how things bake and roast on them. And they don’t “buckle” in the oven - if your stove is level, your sauces stay even across the pan instead of pooling in one corner. They naturally resist sticking, and if you take good care of them, they don’t discolor and they NEVER rust. I’ve gradually replaced all my sheet pans with Nordic Ware and recommend them highly.

Very nice Pans. Made in America. Sturdy solid jelly Roll Pans. I like USA Pans but their jelly roll pans are smaller (and more expensive) than the size we like but both are well constructed made in the USA pans. These pans are better than the cheap thin baking pans and will last for years. We use them for everything from cookie sheets to roasting pans.

Really nice, roomy pan that will no doubt have a long life; aluminum is known to heat evenly and is great for baking and roasting. Made in USA. Simply didn't fit my toaster oven, so back it went.

No warping, great product. Cherry on top is made in the USA.

Great pan, perfect size for my Breville air fryer/oven. But do not put it in the dishwasher. I did not follow the direction that while it is dishwasher safe, it is not recommended. It got a weird coating, tried to clean it off with Barkeepers Friend and it was working but decided the effort wasn't worth it and just bought a new one.

I’d been using two quarter-sheet Nordic pans for everything, then discovered America’s Test Kitchen’s chicken wing recipe that required stacking one pan atop the other, effectively halving the size of the recipe I needed to make. So I tested the technique on the smaller batch, and it’s a winner. The jelly roll size is significantly bigger, but still fits in my small wall oven with room to spare on all sides.

Very sturdy, doesn't change it's form after uses. If you wash it in the dish washer it changes color but it does not affect the functionality

Thick and sturdy. This pan doesn't warp when it's heated in the oven, and it washes easily. No signs of rust after 2 months of use. Good value!

Great oven tray, double layer metal in the base, high sides good for baking but not too high for biscuits
