Quiessence (Small-5 Pound)

I top dress with extra magnesium to help combat anxiety in my mare. I've tried plenty and this brand is the only brand she'll eat. It comes in a pellet form vs powder, so she can't easily sift it out. I was a bit skeptical at first, due to it being banana flavored, but she loves it. I think it helps calm those nerves.

Our picky Morgan eats this up. We have no scientific proof that it helps with his insulin resistance, but it’s a nice magnesium supplement and recommended by our Morgan trainer.

My horse ate it. Just moved, so needed something to ease anxiety. I think it helped some! Knocked the edge off... She was not dopey or droopy, but didn't pace, weave, or paw like she usually does.

I really like this for mares. that's a nice combination for calming and helping with her temperament

I put my three year old Friesian sport horse on this and in a week I saw a huge change. Far less spooky and more comfortable and relaxed during our training sessions. My only complaint is the expense of the supplement.

I am using this for my 20 year old Morgan mare who i trail ride. I think this product has helped her feel better during her cycles and she is definitely more laid back. I think it is meeting her need for magnesium without all the extra ingredients. So far, I love this product. Been using it for about 6 weeks on a daily basis.

I use it in the spring for training and when a horse is stalled due to bad weather. It works. My horses like the taste.

Don’t realize you have to give your horse this supplement at least two weeks to notice a difference and there may be other issues going on for your horse to be high anxiety. You might be able to find it cheaper at other places.
