Nice product.
I used this to wrap my hand grip strengtheners. Without wrapping the metal with this nexcare tape, I would have much more calusing. The tape does get dirty after a bunch of use but it holds like a champ. Figured I would share my experience, not many people have probably tried this, for what I did. Thanks!

Game changer
These save my feet when I wear any sandals or water shoes. I ended up putting this directly on the inside of my sandals straps and it stays put very well. That way I don't have to strategically place it everytime.

Mostly good
While this is great for blister prevention, using in area like hands and feet isn't so great if it's a spot that has a lot of muscle movement. Came off easily with movement and sweat.

Stays on!
I’ve tried many but this tape is awesome. I use on my fingers when they crack in the winter. You can shower, do dishes etc.. in same day and it does not come off! When u do take it off there is no glue residue on your hands. I used to be a postal carrier and with the salt from plows hitting boxes it eats your fingers and the best band aids would mo stay in all day! Wish I had found this tape before I retired because it’s a lifesaver.

This was a must for a wedding day where you’re in new shoes all day.

Decent, but not great
I've been breaking in a new pair of shoes, and I have ALWAYS gotten heel blisters when doing so, so I bought this tape to help with the blistering when it inevitably happened. These particular shoes are also rubbing on my little toe on each foot, which isn't terribly unusual for me either. It has been rather hit and miss with me. The blisters are in a tough spot for any tape; it's going to constantly get rubbed, will be exposed to a lot of sweat, and will have to last for most of the day. When applying to my heel, I use my usual method of "use what I need, don't overdo it." I put a bandage over any forming blister, then put the tape in a vertical line directly over the blister, extending an inch or two above and below. When I don't have a forming blister and want to prevent blisters, I'll start at the curve of my heel and run the tape until it's about an inch above where my shoe heel sits. On the little toes, I wrap it fully around so it adheres to itself and completely encases the toe.The wrap around the toes has come off almost every time, even if I put a bandage under it; this tape seems to *really* prefer to be flat to work best.At the heel, it's been about 75% hit, 25% miss. 3/4 times it stays on all day and doesn't have any problems, but that 4th time is REALLY annoying. If it comes off your skin, it simply won't stick back to it.I needed to shave some of the hairs around the back of my ankle to get it to fully adhere to it, that helped some. Even so, I'd prefer that it do better than this, the brand I used to use (which is not made in the US, why I switched brands) had this problem a lot less frequently (and never came off my toes)

Excellent medical tape for bone injuries
This is the perfect super-sticky tape, with enough thick soft foam, for broken bones in either hands or feet. They even last through getting wet a few times before becoming loose. Much better than the clear or cloth tape used to wrap hand and foot injuries.
