Worth money I pay!
Works perfect, easy to set up, great water softener!

Poor quality
First : it doesn’t work well in softening the water. May be the resin was defective. Anyhow the fill line is flomsy and made of cheap plastic and breaks every year and it’s a headache to replace. I wouldn’t recommend this product

Quite heavy!
The product arrive on time and in what appears to be good condition. Has not been put into service yet, awaiting plumbing. Will comment further after installation is complete.

I can,t get to speak to anyone. I purchased an abw 64K with a fleck 5600sxt and need a new control unit . would like to know if its under warrantee still or what will it cost to re3place
