The KitchenAid Fruit and Vegetable Spiralizer Attachment has been a game-changer in my kitchen! It’s easy to attach to my KitchenAid stand mixer, and the process of spiralizing fruits and vegetables is almost effortless.I’ve used it for everything from zucchini noodles to curly fries, and it delivers consistent results every time. The multiple blade options are fantastic for creating different styles, and cleaning the attachment is surprisingly simple. It’s also sturdy and feels like it will last a long time.If you enjoy adding creative, healthy options to your meals, this spiralizer is worth every penny. It’s made meal prep fun and efficient, and I can’t imagine going back to manual spiralizers after using this! Highly recommend for anyone with a KitchenAid mixer.

Great!
I have used this on about 4 apples so far. It is really easy to use and it works fine for me.it is packed in a nice, reuseable storage box with magnetic closure. I was happily surprised by this but very nice. There are a lot of accessories and I don't have a cabinet to put this in so I store it in the box in the pantry. The parts are labelled and that is also helpful in choosing a blade. I have only used the thickest slicing blade so far for Granny Smith apples. This blade spiral slices my apples and takes the core out. The slice is a good size for pies, snacks, and dehydrating. I also used the peeling attachment on the first apple and it worked flawlessly. One continuous peel came off the apple.I just slice a little, momstly peel, from the bottom of the apple to make it flat and easier to engage the spike. Since I get to center the spike attached to the mixer to the center of the apple at the bottom and the core blade at the center of the apple at the top. It cores the apple very cleanly. So far, I have not had any seeds in the processed apple and to not lose a lot of fruit.I did the assembly and operated the unit without reading any instructions initially so it is easy to use. Later, I read the instructions. I was leaving the mixer on stir but instructions indicate to start on stir and then you can go up to speed 4. I have used that also and it processes the apple quite quickly.Cleaning is easy, just a quick rinse and it is done. I had very little juice from my Granny Smith apples. The attachment slices cleanly minimizing squeezing the juice out.The blade stops cutting automatically. This is a worm gear that the blade travels on. When it reaches the end of the screw portion, it simply stops travelling. You don't have to worry about cutting the machine off at the right time.I will use this for other foods eventually. For now, I can spiral slice my apples, then make one cut down one side and I have a plate of apple slices to snack on. Great!

Another tool for arsenal
My wife and I like to do alot of food prep. This attachment cuts down on manual peeling and cutting. The instructions were super easy to read and it's dishwasher friendly!!! It all comes in a branded kitchenaid box with a spot for each attachment. The main body is all Metal and is very sturdy. Once finished and cleaned it all packs away neatly in original box to stay organized.

Useful. Products cannot be overripe.
I’ve used to spirals or slice zucchini, potatoes, apples, and other vegetables. It helps if vegetable is uniformly rounded or cylindrical, otherwise peeling does not work well at all. I do like how easy it is to disassemble and clean. It’s easy enough that I taught my 9-year-old to use it.

Another great Kitchenaid attachment!
Kitchenaid is the best mixer system ever made and the attachments are the cherry on top! We have so many different ones and this one is amazing! Super sharp blades pretty easy to clean and safe for anyone to use. We love Kitchenaid in our home!

Works as needed
Used for peeling and coring apples. I did about 100 apples. You can use fast or slow speeds on the mixer. This does not affect the attachment. Some apples that had a big curve or smaller apples left a little peel on the bottom as the peeler didn't close far enough to peel the last small part of the apple. The instructions are easy to follow. Highly recommend for anyone canning applesauce.

Honest review
I love this thing. I love my kitchenaid. I just made spiral cut fries and they were so good. The peeler works as intended so far I’ve only used it for potatoes. It doesn’t do perfect peels but it still does peel as intended. The bigger the vegetable you’re peeling the bigger the grooves but there’s still not a lot that’s taken off at least no more than hand peeling would. I cut off anything remaining with a paring knife. It’s made peeling a breeze and I hate peeling. Not recommended for tiny potatoes.
