Generally a reasonable quality product. Motors are quiet, the underbed light is a nice touch,as is the "flashlight" on the remote.. BUT the bed does NOT tell you which is the top except on the picture on the box, so getting oriented properly in the room before opening could be an issue. A simple sticker on the frame that says "Head" solves this. Also, the instructions for getting it out of the box are in the MIDDLE of the folded frame, so you don't see how to open the box till you have opened the box and removed the frame.My other issue is the USB port is on the side of the bed next to the wall, so is useless for me. It would be nice to be able to mount on either side.

Easy to assemble.Fit right inside my standard Full size Bed Frame and looks nice.Remote control works well but wish it stayed lighted longer.Only lights up when you are pressing the control buttons making it a little hard to find the button before pushing it in the dark.

Very easy to set up. Operates as advertised. It took a total of 35 minutes from start to finish. Massage for back and legs is great. Highly recommend this.

Very nice base! Affordable for me to purchase for my Uncle and fairly easy to install. Not too heavy for one person to set up or follow directions.

I purchased this adjustable bed frame about 6 weeks ago.....it is fantastic. I am now angry that I didn't do it long ago. I did about 3 months research and found that this frame was much less expensive than any being offered through a retail store and has more features. When it's hot and my feet swell, I can raise the foot of the bed. For watching tv, reading, using my tablet.....no more pain in the neck. The motor is extremely quiet. Unlike other brands, this one comes in a double size. I haven't used the massage feature as I live in an apartment and am concerned about the vibration travelling. Another good feature is that you can choose from 3 different leg heights..... definitely good for me because I'm tall. Great value for money. I would have given it 5 stars but I would never have been able to assemble this myself. I had to hire 2 men to move it into my bedroom and put it together. Delivery was fast. The USB charging ports are handy, but are only on the right side. I wish there had been at least one on each side as I get into the bed on the left side. The grey covering and legs look good even in my traditional-styled bedroom. I Iove the great flexibility in the settings and the "flat" option. This base has everything anyone would want. Iwould definitely recommend this bed to my friends?

I have only slept on this bed for one night so far, using an 8 inch thick multi foam mattress that I have been using for about 4 years. The movement of the frame with a lighted wireless remote has worked flawlessly and it was very simple to connect the underneath power cord. The underneath lighting is a bit dull, and would be fantastic if it was colour adjustable when watching TV. There are 12 holes available for the 3 piece height selectable legs, but only 6 legs with no instructions/recommendations as to which holes should be used. The bed arrived on time as promised, and so far everything is as advertised and working properly. The USB ports are a bonus but are only on one side, making them difficult to access due to the small size of the room and the right side of the bed must be against the wall.

I have only had the adjustable bed for over a week. I have a 10 inch memory foam mattress with a 2 in gel topper and it works great. The only problem is there was no way I could get the legs apart to make it shorter, so the bed is a bit to tall. I need a little stool to sit on the side of the bed because my feet don't touch the floor. The motor is very quiet to raise and lower the mattress. The massage motor is very loud and I really can't feel it. Overall I really like it and the delivery was super fast!! Box was VERY heavy and was a full/double size . It was awkward to handle and move but two people in their late 50's managed it. Easy to assemble and the price was awesome.

Pleasantly satisfied with quality of this bed frame considering the fact that the price for this unit at least 2 times less compare to local retailers. Easy to assemble and set up is a big plus as well. Motors to adjust frame works perfectly with 12" memory foam mattress which is exactly I was looking for.

Easy to put together and quite sturdy. Love the fact that this bed is adjustable. Great for watching tv, reading, etc. Only downside is when using the massage option you hardly feel anything. You just hear it and feel vibration but not really any massage benefit.
