A must have!
Use them for when I am fishing on the kayak. Very useful tool to have. The clip is also super handy, can attach it to your kayak and makes it nice and accessible for when needed! A must have !

Boons fishing pliers
The size I bought was smaller and lighter than I thought, but after using them they are excellent and do exactly as what they are described as doing, they cut braid easily they also open split easily they will remove hooks from lightly hooked fish, the tether that comes with it for your belt is useful, the clip for holding the pliers shut can be fiddly but this is not essential anyway

good cutters
for the money they are well made, lightweight and cut well, the coiled lanyard is strong with clips on each end for quick release. it states that they are not for use in salt water but like anything used in salt water you need to wash and dry before storing.

Cheap but effective
The line cutter is good, the pliers are pretty solid for a cheap set and they performed well on my last fishing trip.

Little bit stiff
Seem to be sharp, no problems cutting through 10lb braid and 15lb flourocarbon. Havent used them outdoors in the cold yet but other than a bit of stiffness when locking and unlocking, they seem good quality.

i recieved it on time and it was as expected. Quality i would rate it 7/10 considering the price it great. i wish they offered an optional case that can be strapped to belt.
