Sodium benzoate and ethylhexylglycerine are definitely not natural ingredients. why are you claiming that your product has all "natural" ingredients??

Sodium benzoate is a sodium salt that is occurs naturally in very low levels in berries, apples, plums, cinnamon, and several other natural foods. Sodium benzoate is a food-grade, biodegradable preservative made from the salt of benzoic acid. Sodium benzoate prevents yeast, mold, and fungus from forming. It helps keep our products shelf stable for at least two years from the date of purchase. It is used in concentrations of less than 0.5% by volume.

Ethylhexylglycerin is a skin-softening agent, and natural preservative derived from glycerin that also functions as a skin-conditioning agent in cosmetics and personal care products. Ethylhexylglycerin has three jobs in our products: prevent the product from spoiling, keep the product from separating, and soften your skin. It does this by breaking the surface tension in liquids — allowing them to mix together and “soak in” better. The emollient aspect of the ingredient’s vegetable glycerin source also makes our products feel creamier and softer on skin, and its antimicrobial qualities help fight germs and bacteria

Both ingredients are Generally Recognized as Safe by the FDA and we use these ingredients instead of using parabens.

Does this product help with reducing the appearance of under eye bags?

I have been using 2x per day on face and neck, plus other serums and moisturizer. Halfway into 2nd bottle.  Nice, light absorbs quickly, but not a micron of difference in the face wrinkles or under eye bags.

It did, along with oil of olay regenerist, significantly improve the crepey skin on my arm. (I tried it on 1 arm and another cream on the other.)

What does this product smell like? I'm sensitive to odors and prefer fragrance-free. Not a fan of witch-hazel, see this listed, is it noticeable?

Hi! It has a light, natural scent. Witch hazel isn’t noticeable. I also wanted to mention that our peptide complex serum has actual active peptides. If you look at the ingredients of other available products they are just listing amino acids as their peptides.
