Classroom Decor Green Wall Borders - Set of 12

This border is a normal border for a bulletin board. However, it is clearly labeled a package of 12 from the manufacturer. You can't just put a sticker on it saying there are 14 in the package. I ordered this because it was going to fit my bulletin board, but it isn't enough with only 12. I'm returning it and ordering something else.

First, each piece is much shorter than those bundled and sold at stores like Staples or Office Max. They are 18 inches long as advertised so I don’t knock them on this. Just want to put this out there.Second, it is advertised as having 14 pieces but when the packaging arrives it is labeled as having only 12 pieces. I opened to count to verify and there were only 11! So, instead of receiving the advertised 21 feet of border, I only really have 16.5 feet. That’s a big difference.
