I am giving 4 stars only because I have only used the product once so far. I have to say that the customer service is 5 stars, the best I have received so far. I had a minor issue with the first steamer sent to me as there were a few cosmetic scratches on the unit. We were not sure how or why there were scratches as the unit box was sealed, so I can only suspect it was during manufacturing. I contacted the seller online and within 10 mins I had a call which surprised me, the seller was so concerned that there was an issue and was very apologetic and genuinely disappointed. He immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent which I received the day after.I have used the unit and it is excellent, the level of steam is excellent and consistent. It’s very easy to use and it heats up very quickly. It cuts off automatically after 10 mins which is enough. It comes with a headband and extraction tools. It’s compact enough which is what I wanted. The steam pressure feels exactly how it does when I go for a facial so I know it is a very good product.As with online purchases customer service is equally important as the product, but you can be rest assured that issues are resolved very quickly and professionally.

Outstanding customer service and product .A spa within the comfort of your home. This is a superb and quality facial steamer that you will not be disappointed with. It is lightweight, easy to use and gives 10 minutes of continouus steam with auto shut off. As an added bonus it comes with a cute, quality lonove headband and a beauty tool kit!!! From the picture you can see that this review is for the rose gold colour version of the product .I originally ordered the white and silver ,but as it is out of stock until February, I was sent the rose gold instead. Lonove customer service is exceptional and thrives on customer satisfaction at all costs. A full and prompt refund was issued and I was even allowed to keep the rose gold version, courtesy of the owner of Lonove. Now that is what you call customer service!! The product itself is amazing .Not only is it great for spa quality facials at home, but is also fantastic for sinus and congestion relief too. Furthermore, there is no need to use distilled water(tap water is fine) and you are able to use a few drops of aromatherapy oil too.(confirmed by customer service). Great Powerful Steamer. But it didn’t have a UK plug and came without a UK adapter to plug it. That was very inconvenient as I had to fork out cash to buy an adapter. Also it came with a card stating that if you leave 5 star review they will send you a gift. Contacted seller and they said the promotion ended 2 months ago (go figure). But overall the steamer works well

I am amazed by the manner of the seller the product was Deliverd before the expected date and I was so greatly for the effort.We have been using the product all most everyday and love it. I would give the product and the seller 100 star if it was allowed
