Amazing Battery but Stock Adhesive is a Nightmare
While not the fault of the battery I found the removal of the stock adhesive to be an absolute nightmare because even after watching the Youtube videos on how to pull it from underneath the battery I had torn it and it became an absolute pain to remove (some say use heat on the back others say use a wire underneath the battery). I used the wire method and even though I separated the battery from the case eventually the adhesive ripped open the old stock battery. Not a major event and it didn't blow up but there was certainly a smell. Use heat if you run into this problem. A strong blow dryer on the back of the phone may be able to loosen it enough to slowly pry it up with the included plastic tool. The instructions were not for an iPhone SE but I wouldn't rely on instructions for this anyways and decided to look at the YouTube video that shows how to do it. Most people note that the home button / fingerprint sensor is the most obvious issue. I was incredibly careful with this piece and I'll say it was by far the most difficult part to put back into place when closing. The rest was pretty straight forward if you ensure you remember what goes where and ensure the cables are connected back to the board properly. The battery is amazing compared to my dying stock battery. I went from being able to keep the screen on for 2 hours of use to keeping it on for hours at a time without a major drop of charge. The idle / sleep time has increased about 5x of what the old battery was giving me. The replacement is a total pain but once you get the old battery out and manage to reconnect the home button you are pretty much home free with a phone that keeps a charge just like the day you unboxed it (maybe better considering this one is supposed to be 1860 mAh; I'm not sure if this even helps because I don't have anything to compare it to but it may very well be giving me extra battery time without me knowing).

Thank God for You Tube Videos !!!
Without Youtube videos, this would have been IMPOSSIBLE ! TG! And know that even the YT videos were wrong in part. I had to watch 3 videos and with the included instructions, made it work! I'm a Computer and Telephone Installer and semi tech, and this was pretty tough! I bought the Kit because a KNEW I was gonna need the special screw drivers. and they worked GREAT! I would recommend Magnifier Glasses( wish I had! ) , with PLENTY OF LIGHT ( if not built into the Glasses) ! I'm very nearsighted , but this was tough , even for me! Even with all the instruction, I accidentally broke the old battery, causing me to breath toxic gas :-((( So be Careful! !!! The Problem was the ends of the old elastic adhesive strips that hold the battery down were not visible/protruding as they should have been, ( Apple's Fault - VERY grrrr), so in prying the battery up ( cause I didn't have the right tool( a flat plastic pry tool) - grrr ) , I broke the battery....fumes :-(((( The rest was getting the TINY SCREWS back in that held the battery connector bracket and the the other connections bracket. THAT WAS TOUGH! So if you don't have very good hand skills and PATIENCE! Do NOT attempt! Glad thats done...omg ! 2 hours. a Skilled tech who does this all the time....15 mins ;-) PS I don't know why 2 vids said to pull the Sim.....and I did....but unnecessary ! PSI needed my housemates help getting the case open! All the Videos were like...zippity do dah :-( No way JOSE~ I had to hold the phone in one hand, use the provided Suction Cup in the other, Pull VERY hard , and he had to use the included Plastic triangle wedge to open it up! So know that too! :-) Enjoy :-)

Great Inexpensive Battery Replacement.
I purchased this to kit replace the battery in my sister's iPhone SE, the battery of which had reached below 50% capacity. I was a little concerned as I hadn't done many iPhone/Apple product fixes before, but I'm fairly handy and tech-savvy so I figured I'd give it a shot.Removal Process:The kit came packaged well with all the necessary tools for the job. With the help of a youtube video, I began the process. The most difficult part of the procedure is removing the old battery. The adhesive underneath is strong, and if you break the removal tabs off by accident, you must manually scrape the adhesive out from under the battery. The Install:Once the old battery is out, installing the new one was easy. The pack comes with adhesive strips for the new battery. Once the battery is secured, you re-attach all your tabs and connections in reverse order (Again, a youtube video will help 1st timers do so with confidence), and lastly close up your device.Last Words:I had replaced the battery in less than an hour (this was moving slowly with caution). The iPhone SE is probably one of the easier apple products to fix thanks to it's an older design. With this kit, you'll have your device fixed in no time, and at a much cheaper cost.

Good Battery, Poor Tools. - Updated
Updated as of 2.11.20After 1 replacement and it happening again after a bit over a month the charge doesn’t last. It’s not just one defective product, but all I would say. Stick to a reputable companies batteries.———————————-I can’t really attest to longevity just yet, but initial impressions are very positive with a good 4-5 hours of screen on time compared to the 30-45 minutes prior to the swap out. My complaint is more about the tools provided with the kit. I would buy a different set to keep around as these are very low quality with even the head of the screwdriver bending when taking out the miniature screws.

If you own tools, look for another battery Does not hold charge longer than an hour of use...
The box, packaging, tools are top notch. Truth is have tools do this repair already. As far as the Battery meeting my expectations, it doesn’t come close to holding a charge with minimal use. I’d rate it a 33% charge with a new iPhone battery from Apple. I will be looking for a new battery and consider this purchase a complete waste of my time and money.NOTE: I'm back leaving even more freedback on this product. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BATTERY!It doesn't hold a charge longer than One Hour of use. It is a waste of time and money.
