good strong resistance in these grips , no creaking noises , no slippage , and so far no breakage , grip is slightly uncomfortable but i can't really see how the grip could be improved in something of this type , very happy with them

Although I didn’t have any knowledge of the strength required, I plumped for the lowest possible strength. It was the correct decision and they have helped enormously in my husbands recovery of the strength in his hands.

Ok for the price, comfort foam grip but more of an exercise item than strength gaining....bit weak.

Very good for beginners and then move up to something harder.
