I bought this because the other brand of Nopal Cactus, (also called prickly pear) that I was taking, has disappeared from everywhere. I don't know anything about the cholesterol or blood sugar claims. I started taking Nopal Cactus about two years ago, for inflammation. I had severe Edma (swelling) in both feet and legs, and the doctor I was going to put me on prescribed fluid pills that did absolutely nothing. My grandmother was Native American, and Native American ways interest me. So when researching, I discovered Nopal Cactus has been used in Native American medicine for centuries, and I decided to try it. Like I said, I have been taking another brand for about two years. I just started taking this about a month ago, and it helps just as the other one did. Actually this one is stronger than the one I was taking. I haven't taken the prescribed fluid pill since I started taking Nopal. This brand, seems legit, the instructions on the label are clear, and the product is relatively inexpensive. I will purchase this again.

Addicting doesn't even begin to express these Jelly Beans. I avoid certain foods for me and my girls so for holidays and special treats these are what I get. Smell is strong but doesn't linger on your body after use which is good, small size for price and go through it faster than expected. Didn't make my skin moisturized or softer with use, wouldn't buy again.
