Very disappointing
Yes it toasts....but it's too short for 4 UK size toasts vertical, which is the primary reason we bought it. Also even when we toast 2 peices horizontally it does not toast evenly, burns one part and gradually gets lighter towards the other end...feels like a waste of £39.99.

great toaster
easy to use - very simple, with several functions. nice and simple, also toast very evenly. Mine came a bit dented in the front - at a previous time, I would have returned it but I haven't the energy now. The box wasn't dented so it likelt=y happened at the manufacture premises. No matter, it is a good toaster and these can be quite hard to find. I have had it only a week and used it several times, but I can't say anything yet about it's longevity.

Wouldnt buy again nor recommend
Had the toaster for a couple months now and very disappointing for what you pay. Would be poor at £10!....Burns your toast on setting 3 ( and has 6 settings??), toasts one side first and thats uneven distribution. Short in depth for British slice so can only toast one slice fully on its side per slot.Other positive reviews...load of rubbish and fabricated?!?

GREAT TOASTER
This is a great toaster, because it has a 1500w. It toasts very quickly and evenly I would highly recommend this product, I'm now being a wee bit fussy in my opinion the 6 Modes of Browning Control is great but! using it at night its quite hard to see the numbers, during the day with natural light its totally fine. The pictures advertising it shows the numbers 1-6 bright white, but my numbers seem a bit darker whiteOverall this is a great toaster.

Very impressed with this toaster!
Love this slimline toaster!Bought it after my Kitchen Aid toaster broke down after over 12 years of use! This toaster was a fraction of the cost of my old one and does exactly the same job, actually a better job as it toasts 4 slices of bread at once and heats up croissants and rolls!Very impressed

Quite satisfactory
The toaster is neat and good looking. I am quite happy with it, though it doesn't seem as robust as my previous toaster which lasted over ten years. I am hoping this toaster will do as well.

Value for money.
Looks good on the work surface but feels a bit flimsy. Took a time to find the right setup for my choice of colour and one side browns more than the other. But the criteria for me was two slices front and back to take up minimal room. How well it will last is anyone’s guess.

Does not toast 4 pieces of bread, without rotation.
Unfortunately, this toaster is unable to fit 4 slices of bread (length ways) to toast without rotating. I have now had toaster for 8 months and whilst initially it toasted evenly, this is now not the case. Very patchy. It has good wide slots, which is good. Overall this is an OK toaster, but just disappointed that it cannot handle 4 pieces of bread as it claims.
