Good product but not good packing as the product has leaked in the package

I order this shampoo regularly but this time around, the packaging of it was very poor. I could see that the dispenser part of the shampoo was loose and hence the bottle was not properly closed at the time of delivery, which caused some of the shampoo to leak out of the bottle and it was all over the package and the other products that were shipped along. I had to wash and rinse off the shampoo from everywhere, not to forget the shampoo that got wasted in the process due to the leak. I am not sure who to blame in here, I think it was the seller's fault since the Amazon packaging around the bottle was fine. Nevertheless, I love the product and I hope such an incident doesn't occur again.

Best shampoo

Shampoo bottle was open and some quantity of shampoo box thrown out the box

I am really upset as Pantene shampoo and dove soap were packed together and shampoo bottle had a leakage because of which the soap also got meltedTake more care while you pack the stuff so that this does not happen in future.

The packaging was safe. Product is true and original. Has beautiful fragrance. It can be combined with pantene conditioner and a hair serum of own choice
